Saludos, amigos del Campania Cartel. My name is Crazy Lou, Veteran of the Liberty Rogues. Mucho placer en conocerlos.

First I would like to say that, since I entered to the Rogues, I had the honor of flying with several Maltese pilots of all different groups. A few times in combat, but most on our runs to Malta and back. I had the pleasure of flying in a convoy alongside Contari Lance transports, and also of being escorted by 101st pilots, specially Señor Apollo Venkmann, which I had the opportunity to meet in person, and even have some drinks and chat with, in the Alcatraz bar. All of them always demostrated to be valuable and honorable pilots.

Even before that, when I was just a freelancer dealing in "special goods", I met several Maltese in freeports and other "alternative" stations. That was more than some 20 years ago, since just before the Nomad War I got arrested and spent 19 years in Huntsville.

Anyway, since that time, your pilot's dexterity in the Border Worlds shipline of fighters caught my attention. Specially in the Sabre Very Heavy Fighter. Of course now you have your own shipline of advanced fighters... They look nice, by the way!

Second, the reason I am contacting you, that I have not met yet in person, instead of the Ghosts or the Lance. You see, since the so-called "Outcast Civil War", both groups kinda went under the radar, surely for reorganizing and recovering their numbers. Their recent increase in activity demonstrates that. But I bet they still are sort of 'resentful' to each other, so I thought that contacting a neutral third party would be best, so not to hurt any of the two groups prides. And recently we got to hear about your group back here in Liberty. One pilot described an encounter with your group in orbit of Malta, and Mr. Johnson also commented on how you came to his aid when he was intercepted by the Corse on his way to Alpha. It shows you are friends on which the Rogues can count on. Hence why I decided to contact your group for this request I have to make.

You see, I always wanted to have a Sabre. I even had a Stilleto, back in the day. And although you have now a fancy and powerful new line of ships, you still have the vessel available to your pilots, due to the combat value of it.

So, the point of all this talking here is to request the Maltese authorization to go to your House and acquire a Sabre Very Heavy Fighter from your vendor there. I know it's not a restricted ship nor anything, but even so I thought it would be... more polite of me... to ask for your aproval before diverting possible needed resources elsewhere, no? And even the ship being available from other groups, the maltese are the closest friends and business partners of the rogues...

Of course I am ready to give a compensation to the Nación Maltese for this much needed vessel, in the form and manner that you find more wise.

Thanks for listening to this crazy old fool... Muchas gracias, amigos! Hasta luego!

Lou out.

Hello Mister Lou,

you are welcome to take one of the Sabres we still have left. They dont get a lot of use these days, since the new ships have reached the market so dont worry that you take away essential assets. The ship you are going to get likely wont be a new one as the production seems to have switched to the new vessels But be assured that it will be in a good shape. I think you should be able to customize it to your needs once you have flown it down to Liberty.

I would like you bring us 5 of the finest slaves you can find as a gift, I think that should equal the ships worth.

Sudaciones, Señor Capon..

Well, thanks for the swift and kind response. I am sorry for the delay in my answer, but it took me a few days to convince one of the freelancers that frequent Alcatraz to take me with 5 slaves all the way to Malta. At the end, no one wanted anyway, so I had to use my impressive conversation skills. When it also failed, I used my gun. That seemed to work well!

Anyway, this guy took me in his tiny freighter down to Malta with the promised slaves. These were the most fit I could find at Buffalo. Recent arrivals, so still in good shape, should be a good addition to your work force. Anyway, here is the cargo manifest: [-- Attachment: Cargo_Manifest.info --] I added twenty cases of Liberty Ale as a gift to you and your associates, Señor.

Then I took a ride on a supply ship down to Ibiza to get my Sabre. It was good to sit again in the old-school but state-of-the-art BW cockpit. 'Cause our rogue ships usually have half the instruments broken and the other half never works anyway! And what a nimble ship for its size. And a much smaller target than our "flying barns".

I have no words to thank you enough, mi amigo. Rest assured this ship will be mostly used to defend the Slaves/Cardamine convoys. It's the best way I know how to thank you.

I can see a great friendship taking form between our groups. I think it's a good thing...

Again, muchas gracias. Health and wealth for you, Señor Capon.

Lou out.
