Greetings, members of the Brotherhood.

While receiving a message from my organization may seem suspect at best and downright confusing at worst, I come proposing something mutually beneficial. It has been the case that for many years, the people of Crete have had serious issue with famine and food production. Even today you pay extra for food deliveries to Planet Crete, and struggle to feed your people. Well I come to you today as a helping hand, so to speak, to assist the Corsairs. While we have had at best a shaky relationship in the past and at worst a downright war in the Omegas, I think it is time to overlook our differences and work to better each other, at least in the short term. What I am asking for is the allowance for Synth Foods, Incorporated vessels to have docking allowance on Corsair stations, and in return, we will deliver unlimited amounts of food rations, Synth Paste™, and Synth Gel™ to Planet Crete and any other station you desire. If any of this interests you, please contact me. I eagerly await your response.

Regards, Jay Stevens

Hola, honorable Jay Stevens. You were correct when said that recieving your message is confusing. To be honest, I do not exactly know how to react on it. While your offer is tempting and would be of good help to Corsair nation, I must be sure this is not a trick or an attempt to spy on our people.

You've said that this is going to be short term relationship, so I cannot believe in your best intentions towards Empire. Long enough different people came to us telling about helping for some time and then using information they collected one way or another they engaged at war with us. I would want to see you swear upon your honor that you are not going to be one of those.

Aside from that, from what I know, Synts Foods production is far away from being the food we all know and taste. I would like to hear more about your product before letting our people eat it. Who knows, maybe it makes people addicted to it, like Cardamine?

Signed, Elder Raul Lopez

Hasta la vista,
la dignidad, el honor, el orgullo.

Greetings, elder Raul Lopez.

Thank you for the speedy reply. I will attempt to dissuade your fears as best as possible. Synth Foods, Incorporated has no qualms with the people of Crete, and has no reason to. While our dealings in House space are numerous, assisting those who are starving and requiring food is one of our key principles - as I understand it, our Quartermaster General is starting a donation drive soon for the starving people in the Independent Worlds. I can also say wholeheartedly that we have no wish nor desire to bring harm to the Corsairs. I can swear to you, that myself and the rest of Synth| Foods will do nothing but assist the Corsair Empire with their food production issues, in return for any payment you can spare. If you ask why we are doing this - well, we are a business, of course, and we seek profit. I do not know if the Corsairs are a rich or poor nation, but nevertheless we are seeking to assist the Corsairs as one of our founding pillars of our corporation is that no person should go hungry. I hope that is enough to ease your mind.

As for our Synth Paste™ and Synth Gel™ products, they are grown in large groweries on Planet Stuttgart and Riverside Station, respectively. Synth Paste is grown as gray plant matter that can be grown on even the harshest of environments, and then processed into paste and flavored aboard Soylent Green Spaceport. Synth Gel, on the other hand, is a luxury equivalent, grown on Planet Los Angeles and shipped to Riverside Station, where it is processed into one of over 10,000,000 different flavors. Either of these products are available to be shipped to the Corsairs at a reduced price.

I also bring forth an alternative plan if you are worried about the safety of your people. Our transports are able to drop off shipments of Synth Paste™ and Synth Gel™, as well as luxury food and regular food rations aboard Freeport 5 in the Omega-41 system, and then Corsair transports may transit and pick up the shipments. If safety is a concern, perhaps that is a better option?

Please reply with your answer on this frequency. I eagerly await your response.

Regards, Jay Stevens

Hola, honorable Jay Stevens. It took some time for Council to review your offer, but we are ready to provide you with an answer.

The Corsair Empire accepts you as our temporar bisness partner and propose next conditions:
-Your pilots will be following the Corsair Laws and regulations for Visitors (articles 22 to 26).
-We are allowing you to enter our space in following systems - Omicron Gamma, Omega 41 and Omega 5.
-All your trading convoys into our space are to be limited to transports, freighters and fighter craft.
-Any of your visits into our bases and stations are not to be longer then 6 hours.
-You are forbidden to enter our space with a third party without previous approval of an Elder.

If you agree on this conditions - send us a message and you can start setting up first supply convoys. We shall pay you with Sirius Credits for all food supplies you bring, rather then with Artifacts. Because I dont think you will want to take a part in our Artifact bisness, are you?

Greetings, elder Raul Lopez.

Thank you for your reply. I have spoke with our board of directors and we agree to your terms. Transports will begin shipping Synth Paste™, Synth Gel™, and Food Rations to Freeport 5, Omega 41. The crates will then be marked for outbound delivery to the Corsairs and be delivered by yourselves or freelancers, depending on your choice. This method will be used until the automated docking computers allow our vessels to dock on Planet Crete.
