Due to the increased security measures in the Maltese core systems hyperspace jumps conducted by foreign ships are restricted to the following conditions:

• Non-Maltese warships performing hyperspace-jumps into maltese core territory as listed under §1-1 have to be registred within the maltese overwatch files.
  
• Omicron-80 is the only legal system to perform hyperspace jumps
  
• Administration reserve the right to cancel any given permission at any given time.

It's been very long time since our last communication, I guess. Many things have been happen, life is changed. But, I hope I met you in a good health, as we didn't heard any news regarding your glorious group. Our transports wings are passing through Omicron Alpha time to time, and while I flying it - remembering good old times, when Vega rescue mission had been started.

Nonetheless, I came up there not just for a formal message, but a getting clearance for our jumpships, for business purposes. Not so long time ago we've established a partnership with the Junker Congress, and we've also enjoyed to Premium Scrap shipping. Though, flying via many systems on a defenseless Whale is a dangerous adventure, so we are looking for a better possibilities.

We are requesting to get clearance for our jumpships, to grow turnover which is fruitful for all involved parties.
