About the K'Hara ship which controls the mirrorshare, I can't really help you there, since I'm not experienced with K'Hara that much. But I'll do my best to bring someone who can answer you that question.

K'Hara|Ninlil would be just another Nomad. There is no one Nomad which is above the others. The only real differences would be Caste differences, and that's a completely different subject on it's own.
K'Hara|Harbinger, K'Hara|Ninlil, K'Hara|Nusku, K'Hara|Mammetu, all of those larger entities? They are still on the same level as the rest.
Ps: I'm sorta curious on what would give you the idea that Ninlil was like that.
