Dear Representatives of the Republic of Liberty,

first of all you have our sincere apologies for our delay. This matter is important enough that we had to inform and talk about with all our residents. As many families have been on their well-deserved holidays in the last few weeks we had to wait until they are back home and this conversation could be done yesterday...

Our Base-Admin told us he met a Bretonian-Police-Authority officer in front of our base. The friendly man told him that our station is not in the database for registered bases and our Admin assured him, that we will initiate the registration process soon.

=Z= Zoner Wings includes the said Colony and the Headquarters for our Enterprices. We do business with trading and storing goods and maintain a small production facility. so you can say that we all are working and living together on our base. As far as we know it is inhabited by different groups of Zoners in a similar way since many years now.

We bought the base and settled there a few months ago. Although moving there and starting our "new common life" we were asking the people who lived there before us about registration state of the station. I'm quite sure they thought they lived in an "independent" system and licensure therefore was never a thing for them...

Late least since the friendly visit of this BPA)-officer it is a matter FOR US now. We want to live in peace and quiet and therefore we are interested in a friendly coexistence with the jurisdicting authorities and our fellows.

We hereby request LIBERTY'S PERMISSION for registering our base and assure you, that we will maintain it in accordance with Liberty (and Bretonian) laws.

In the meantime we already have fulfilled 2 of the 3 caveats and are waiting for the additional PERMISSION of THE REPUBLIC OF LIBERTY to get a fully legal state for our base.

Since your modular station has been constructed primarily within Bretonian jurisdiction, it has been decided that regular monthly rental fees will not be required. Instead, a registration fee of 100,000,000 SC is payable to Ferris.Dufresne. Once your payment has been processed, your modular station will be added to the list registered facilities. Please ensure that the Liberty Lawful Primary Fleets are granted access to your base.

[LN]-, LPI- and =LSF= have been added to our dockinglist a few weeks ago.

Now, that our base will be added to your list of registered facilities, we also have been able to fullfill the last pending caveat of the BPA) and get a fully legal state.
