I'm Haruna Aoki, or Haruna-Chan for short. Im a Kusari citizen.

While traveling through the beautiful system of Tau-31, i came across 2 very aggressive fellows.

After some scanning of their vessels, i found out they were both members of the Liberty Navy. Their IFF systems were odd as well. One was flashing Liberty Police code, and the other was showing Council code.

They seemed quite mentally deranged. One of them was dispatched by your splendid patrols, however the other launched an unprovoked attack on my vessel.

With the assistance of your patrols, i was able to dispatch him in self-defence.

Later on, they turned up in Tau-29 and continued their attacks.

They eventually stopped when a KNF secondary fleet battlecruiser arrived to enforce the law.

They seem to employ "cloaking devices" which, if i remember right, are illegal in your territory.
