After exporting the orange dream to Liberty recently, I attempted to access your station for parts we require at Valetta Shipyard. I say attempted since I was not permitted rights to dock. Previous trips have not had this issue, and I wish explanation to the cause and expected remedy to this problem.

Due to some unwanted events yesterday, the base had to be placed into lockdown. However, it seems that the trouble has blown over and the base can now be restored to it's usual permissions for docking. I hope this hasn't caused any trouble for you.
