UEC| Information&Feedback - United Exploratory Corps. - 08-30-2014

The United Exploratory Corporation was an independent group, once formed from GDE core members and mercenaries that wished to join them.
History:
1. Pre-GDE.
Some GMG members, such as Yuriko Oshiro and Ayatsu Izumi, wished to increase Guild's influence outside of Sigmas. The campaign began in the beginning of 821 A.S., but ended with no results, because organization has no core yet, and disbanded itself.
Two of the remaining hasn't forgot their idea.They were Ayatsu Izumi and Ayome Chizu.
They were running from war in Bretonia on their transport, trying not to get killed by whole Gallic fleet, but their “escape” was successful and they finally came to Sigmas.
Before that, they found remains of Shadow's HQ and the only survivor – Kyoko`. She remembers nothing, but later for others something became clear. They took Kyoko and security blocks and continued their run to Sigmas. When she came back to her senses, she nearly killed Izumi and Chizu.
Nobody knows who Richard Rose is, and what's his real name. He just came into room where Izumi and Chizu were waiting for meeting with him and said that he was waiting for them.
He explained that he's from an organization that was keeping an eye on them, and he wishes to see GDE back alive. After a short discussion, they accepted his offer. In response, they demanded an explanation about who's Kyoko and what happened to her. Rose decrypted information on security blocks that they'd took from Shadow's HQ so Izumi и Chizu realized that Kyoko is Yuuko, one of the most homicidal pilots from Shades. It turned out that lord Erevis Kael wished to destroy the station, and Kyoko tried to stop him, with no result, and stabbed him with her katana, as she thought. However, lord Kael survived her strike by help of V.A.N.G.A. system and they're began their fight, she's with her katana, and he's with his daggers.
It resulted in Kyoko's escape on her ship. Station fired at her, and she was directly hit. However, her “present” has blown up the station with moored liner. Lord Kael left on his personal bomber.
Izumi and Chizu decided to keep it in secret from Kyoko. That's how the GDE was organized.
2. GDE
Rose began the new campaign, and soon surrounded himself with mercs, GMG paramiltary pilots, and some scientists. The purpose of GDE was to establish new partnerships, to explore faraway systems and to keep GDE dealings secured. Unfortunately, Department's history was bloody enough.
Once, a patrol detected Kruger vessel in Sigma-59. They realised that it was a gunboat. Izumi and others chased it and destroyed the ship in Sigma-19. After that, a GDE convoy was robbed in Okinawa, heart of GMG space.
In the meantime, Kruger reported to Rheinland authorities that GDE ships are hostile towards all Rheinland vessels. GDE sent a diplomatic ship to New Berlin, but with no result. Rose protested and traveled to Rheinland himself. His security came under suspicion, and they soon left Rheinland.
Destruction of Maebashi Border Station by Rheinland capital vessels turned to be the last straw. GDE was provoked, they've got most of personnel killed onboard of Maebashi, so they began to strike back.
However, Guildmaster was against retribution and left Rose with tied hands.
After that, GDE was disbanded.
3. After GDE.
All members of GDE went their separate ways. Someone returned to GMG, someone became independent mercs. For some time, there was a lull.
...And one day, Rose met Izumi, Kyoko and Chizu in bar of Barrier Gate Station. They stayed in contact, and finally found him.
Izumi told to Rose that idea of GDE is still in their hearts, and they still nowhere to go. Rose took them to Omicrons, and showed them limitless expanse of the edge.
With work of UEC, Sirius won’t be final frontier for mankind.
Also, UEC's retrubution plan has just only began.
However, it has failed and most of the members vanished from the sector in single moment...
4. ???
But someone is still alive, holding their precious memories and wishing to continue their work...
UEC was considered as terroristic organization, however, its main purpose to find new worlds by utilizing new technologies such as super-gates and new engines prototypes. The most recent developments of UEC were AI Victory and command/battle drone Croixleur-Sigma.

Omicrons: Expeditionary space, alert level 1 for any vessel.
Sigmas: UEC is not contacting GMG anymore, so it's hard to find a UEC vessel there. Alert level 5 for any vessel.
Omegas: Mostly evaded by remnants of UEC. Alert level 3 for any vessel.
Taus: UEC has no interest there, however, it's not unreal to meet UEC there. Alert level 3 for any vessel.
Liberty and Kusari: Transports are gathering useful materials there, often followed by smaller craft. Alert level 5 for any vessel.
Bretonia: Transit space, alert level 5 for any vessel.
Rheinland: Previous dealings with Rheinland authorities were terrible, but it was silent for years. Alert level 5 for any vessel.
Diplomacy:
UNKNOWN
UEC was divided into four departments: Exploratory Division, Paramilitary (a successor of GMG and GDE Paramilitary), Department 3 (known as Recon Service) and Economic Service.
Renegade Squadron [R]
The Renegade Squadron represented elite forces of UEC paramilitary.
It was under the direct command of UEC Administration and The Administrator himself/herself.
Ranks:
Administrator: The Administrator is the head of whole UEC, both Exploratory, Economic, Recon and Paramilitary services. The person who is responsible for every UEC dealing.
Current Administrator is unknown.
Operator: Operator is who responses for Department 3.
Current Operator is Sao Madao (MIA).
Squad Commander: The SC is who responses for UEC Paramilitary.
Current Squad Commander is "Kyoko" (KIA).
Head Scientist: The HS is who responses for Exploratory Division.
Current Head Scientits is Akira Katashi (KIA).
Resource Manager: The RM is who responses for Economic service.
Current Resource Manager is Ken'ichi Obi (KIA).
Officer: A common worker of UEC, Paramilitary and Economic Service.
Scientits: A common worker of UEC, Exploratory Division.
Operative: A common worker of UEC, Department 3.

Interesting... how you will target Rheinlanders however? Unless direct warfare is not in your modus operandi? Where exactly you sit in Omicrons and will you do any movements in this sector?

This is quite nice. A few things here
First - Freelancer ID? How do you wish to be hostile to/Attack the RM, or for what Bounty Board do you wish to attack them?
Secondly - Did this faction spring only from the fact that the Rheinwehr took care of your base and attacked GDE Transports who supplied enemies of the Federal Republic?

Why are you basing from Freistadt for attacks against Rheinland?
As soon as I have the ingame facts, I am FR5ing you from IMG bases.
You seem to lack the knowledge of how to wage war against a House, using secretive methods and quasi-neutrality (that's no miracle, it is difficult).
Launch from Hessian bases, Corsair ones, or FP1.
Freistadt does NOT work.

First - we've got some plans to make this working.
Secondly - I don't remember if we had supplied enemies of Rheinland, but destruction of base made us wery upset.
