For daily trading maybe Kruger| , reasons are because they have a POB in Omega-7 which is always full with Silver Ore , and you can trade ore easily, they have bounces also, and mining work also

Or the Junker Marauders. Both are good. Nobody pirates them, you don't even have to buy guns or armour. It's perfectly safe, believe me. You don't even have to carry guns. Countermeasures? Nobody will be there to CD you. Just relax and mine premium scrap in Texas. That place further from Puerto Rico jump hole, it has a better drop rate.
