My time is currently very short so I cannot go into details right away, but I am sure it is worth your time. Firstly, I must apologise for the late response to you initial communication. I have been tied up with a major Project and have had little or no time to respond to communications.
I won't bore you with the details but nevertheless I have now some time to respond. I must say that your communication has left me a little intrigued. It must be that time of the year....umm nevermind.
I am currently working in Picardy on our next venture so could I suggest that we could meet at Cave á Vin de Constantin. It is on the 23rd floor of Saint-Quentin Space Colony, Picardy. I have it on good authority that is serves a fine wine. Shall we say Thursday 25th at 2100 SMT?

It was a pleasure to finally meet you in person Pierre. The Cryocubes was a very good gift, the journey back home it gave us very good cold drinks. We were working on a contract, for the supplying of Niobium Ore to the Rheinland. In which you agreed to await this contract to be made. We have made an initial proposal, if you see that some adjustments should be made, please inform me about it. If you agree fully with it i expect your signature below it.

§1.1.1. The duration of the contract is indefinite until agreed upon by both parties. The proposed duration of the contract is 1 year, after which it will be reviewed and renewed or disbanded.

§1.2. Gallic Mining Service will get a reduction on the imported goods called Copper ore, as per agreement with the meeting of the Vorsitzender Helene Schmidt and Pierre St.Dennis.
§1.2.1. Krüger Mineralien will make a channel on private Krüger Mineralien frequencies for the Gallic Mining Service to report their supplies to the Rheinland. Transmission channel can be found Here upon signing of the contract.
§1.2.2 Krüger Mineralien will give a discount of 250 sirius credits a unit for each time the Gallic Mining Service filled in a report.
1.3. Krüger Mineralien will have to deploy Security vessels in order to protect the Gallic Mining Service vessels shiping the Niobium ore towards Rheinland.
>>Article Two: Payments
§2.1. After each month, Krüger Mineralien will pay a bonus fee of 10% of the total worth of the amount shipped towards Rheinland, to the Gallic Mining Service specified bank account. (bank account)
§2.1.1 Krüger Mineralien get 1 week after each 1st day of the month to transfer the amount of credits to the Gallic Mining Service.
§2.2. Gallic Metal Service will be paid upon delivering at the Planet New Berlin, by the vendors on the planet. Bonuses are to be arranged and paid out by Krüger Mineralien as stated on §1.2.1. and §2.1.
§2.3. Krüger Mineralien is not allowed to receive credits for the escort services provided to Gallic Mining Service.
>>Article Three: Lack of Contractual Fulfillment
§3.1. If one of the parties would be unable to keep their supplying or payments to each other, a fine of 50 million sirius credits will be paid to the other respected party.
§3.2. If one of the parties would be unable to fulfill their side of the contract for 3 months in a row, that party has to pay the other party 100 millions sirius credits.
>>Article Four: Disbandment of Contract
§4.1. This agreement may be canceled at any time, so long as 1 month of notice is provided from the date of cancellation itself. The parties both are obligated to make sure all payments and deliveries are done until the end of that respective month.
§4.2. The disbandment of the contract will cost the party requesting it 150 million sirius credits.

I have had our Corporate Lawyers go over the proposed contract and they have agreed that it is a fair contract.
A minor detail that does require some clarification and that is the below:

You mentioned, during our conversation, that it was in Omega 7. My Captains assure me that they have no knowledge of anything in that Sector other than its general location.
Other than that I have no problems and take a great deal of pleasure in signing the Contract and hopefully furthering the bonds between Rheinland and Gallia.

I am pleased to see you agreed with the contract, it is a fair business arrangement. To conclude with your question about §1.2. I see we forgot to add a specific amount for the discount. Our sincere apologies, we offer a discount for Copper ore of 250 S.C. per unit. It would be refunded by the private frequency we are solely instating for the supply of the Niobium ore. The one we did mention in the §1.2.1. For the discount of the Copper ore we decided to make §1.2.2 you can see the exact specifications below:

I took the liberty to add this line to the contract. I hope this is satisfying for you? Also our buchhalter discovered some initial mistakes in the contract and corrected the language. The reporting frequency is also set up.
The Reutlingen Storage Facility is located in the Omega-7 system in the sector F/G-2/3. The station has the Copper ore in its storages for you to transport towards Gallia. We extract it from a nearby asteroid fields within the Omega sectors. We informed the Administrator of Reutlingen Storage Facility, Michaela Schäfer, to grant GMS| vessels docking access to the station.
