Where do you get your resources for signatures and transmission bars?
I seem to be unable to find any of that cool futuristic frames and stuff.

Lots of places, usually I google search for various images, most often desktop wallpapers and such, and then cut out little bits and pieces of them to make my own frames or whatever is needed.
