As you surely know Shiojiri Storage Depot is a Samura installation located within the Nagano System , used to store the raw platinum ore.
At 823 A.S a private one bought the base from Samura. With the help of a Zoner organisation called Zoner Wings, the base has been rebuild.
Biotopes were built and extended, a school as well for the purposes of their childs.
