Kansas, while not directly connected to the Republic of Liberty, remains as space vital to Liberty. When you enter space crucial to the security and welfare of the Republic and begin making plans to colonize, you tend to step on a lot of toes. Whose toes will be stepped on will come in time. But you will not just deal with me, nor just the LPI, know that.
With these warnings conveyed, the Admiralty requires a detail dossier of your current fleet. The dossier must contain a list of every vessel from light fighter to any capital class warships of gunboat or greater. This includes any and all transports and freighters. After we are done evaluating your threat level we will turn this over to the goverment. Kansas is our sovereign space, but as it is a border system we may be able to work out a lease. That is the best you will get.
If our evaluation deems you non-hostile to the Republic and your forces sufficient, the current war with the Kingdom of Gallia is far more pressing than the small conflict with Rheinland. Every ship that can fight is one more against them.
If your evaluation proves you a threat to the Republic we will require your immediate vacation of Kansas within forty eight standard hours of your eviction notice.
