This is partially due to this previous transmission and possibly to report a new incident. One of our own transports was on its way to one of your shipyards to deliver some ship components when another Big Dragon, exceedingly similar to the one in the previous report was witnessed confiscating cargo from a Zoner Whale, also carrying parts for your own shipyard.

The worrying part here is that said Big Dragon also decided to take its parts to your shipyard. Assuming it is the one mentioned previously, our group was under the impression that all docking access had been restricted. If not, it seems Big Dragons are quite a popular choice for interdicting Outcast cargo.

These guncams were sent to us by the Zoner before his ship was presumably destroyed, as he never reached his destination and we were unable to locate him after.

This again? Is the Big Dragon that popular a vessel amongst the mentally deficient of Sirius now?

*sigh*

I'll have this information forwarded to those in command of docking access and I'll make sure the dock-masters know what to do in the event they encounter these individuals again.

Gods guide your path,
