Guten tag,

I am Vice Admiral Hans Putzkammer, commanding officer for all military deployments to the Sigma sector and Kusari space.

I have received recent reports of unusual activity in the areas where my men are deploying. Our recent patrols in Frankfurt and Honshu have met unusual ships that seem to follow the profile of possible nomadic infestation. While we have no solid proof on our end of what may be happening, the Military would like to request a report from the BDM on what information they have about possible infectees within the Kusari Naval Forces as well as our own Military.

This information, obviously, is of the utmost secrecy. Any submitted information will stay on my desk and my desk alone, going neither up or down the chain of command. I must stress, however, as the commanding officer for deployments in the affected regions this information is vital for the protection of my men and the countering of any infestation in our own ranks.
