Although you neglected to mention from which organization your "admiralty" comes from, our common acquaintance refered that you represent the Hellfire Legion group. As you may not known, the Legion has made contacts with the Hogosha in past times, on which I have politely denied pushing forward any business, due to "conflict of interests". Now, while I have in the past decided to do so, the scenario has changed in my connection and affiliations. I not only try to keep my and my patrons interests in the Takarabune Company on top of my agenda, but now strive to coordinate efforts with the Hogosha Association, whose input on the matter showed me some new perspectives. Our main issue that you still have some sort of "ties" with them Xenos is highly concerning. However, we realize that we have little in suitable partners in the underworld of Liberty. Indeed, this trading proposals that you forwarded are deemed interesting enough for an approval, pending some conditions of course. I know little of who are your friends and foes, other than you work well with the Xenos, but don't seem to share their hatred for our kind. For now I recommend we both agree to turn a blind eye to each other activities while in Liberty. If you are willing to agree on the terms mentioned above, we will provide you with details of our installations, as well some guest codes for your ships to start visiting our warehouses.
