So people, talk to me about heavy fighters, I am looking to buy one, factional affiliation of the ship is not really all that important, as I can change the Char depending on the ship. OK tell what do you think the best heavy fighter is, why, what makes it better, what makes others worse, what are the worst heavy fighters and such? Please dont say the Blood Dragon, it's a VHF, not a HF..sort of, but I dont want it, so move along, questions? comments? ok, go to it people.

Zelot, I'd suggest a Crow. The hitbox is supposedly getting fixed in 4.85.

Well if its a heavy fighter your lookin for, try the valkrye, if you like rhienland... There really arent many higher level custom HF's around... most fighter sized ships are VHF or bomber. Bombers however need to be nerfed somehow, because they can currently kill capital ships AND fighters. Which is just NOT RIGHT.

Not great mate.
I would go with the crow, or perhaps the hammerhead, which is an HF, and rather an effective one in the right hands. The falcon ain't bad either, but I wouldn't write home about it.

Actually Hammerhead is a VHF one of the original 5 in vanilla...
In this mod however there is no real differance between a HF and a VHF.. both are the same realy.
