Greetings, I wish to create faction based on Reaper ID, how I can to take ID's to members?

As far as I know, you can't. Unless you join RoS, which are inactive, and I don't know if they have a recruitment thread. Hope that helped. ))

Reaper ID is closed for public and it's better if it's dead. As far as I know, Admins/Devs wanted to do something. Shortly it's not possible.
