SUBJECT: Derelict Power Cell in hands of civilian
CONTENT: Earlier today I have been contacted via subspace communicator whilst in Kappa system by a certain Rex Johansen, piloting a transport ship [?]Transport8. I have tried to get in personal contact with the said person, but he displayed a paranoid behavior towards encounters. The rest of the conversation was made with the help of the said subspace communicator. Long story short, this individual posses a Nomadic Power Cell and I personally think that deems actions to be taken. I have instructed Rex Johansen to contact Order Overwatch via secure protocol, as he stated he is under vendetta by Order forces. He's demands are a bit over the top but not unacceptabble. Furthermore I have instructed him to willingly hand over that Artifact into Order hands. O'Rhu Cell can provide necessary support and an armoured transport for cargo delivery if needed.
