This is Rex Johansen, I spoke to a O'Rhu earlier this evening about some Nomadic Cargo I have in my cargo hold, I personally thought that speaking with him may have sorted stuff out or may have given us a chance to talk something through. But he is just like the rest of you Order, ignorant and rude. I am not handing this cargo without a price or something in my favour. Sirius is a big place and I am very hard to find. You might be elite but I am a specialist at hiding and stealth, so you can either talk to me proposing something that I am be interested in or do not return a transmission.
As far as I am aware you are hostile to us and myself and want us out of the Omicrons. We cannot do that. You helped the Colonial Republic evict us from Omicron-Lost and our home. All we are is a small group of miners and haulers that mean no harm and we just want peace, and a safe heaven to be left alone.
But you Order can not give that to anyone, always have to butt in.

Overwatch,
I spoke to one of the O'Rhu pilots about this cargo, and they told me to come and contact you. So that is what I have came and done. What I wanted to do with this cargo, was exchange it for an agreement or for safety of my people, and to not waste time and resources of the Order.
The Omicrons are a very dangerous place, with the Corsairs and Outcasts around, The Nomad and other Aliens like the Das Wilde, but also the Core. We know you and there Core are hostile and at war with each other, and you and your people will need your men and your resources to fight of that. As I hear in the news on the Freeports in the Omicrons, Planet Toledo was destroyed so you are still rebuilding your selves just like my people are trying to find some where safe, peaceful, and quiet in the Omicrons. We need to stay in this sector due to us being Iridium Miners and Haulers, and there is a perfect field in Omicron-Delta. You may be aware of this. But the agreement I wish to propsal is this.
1.The Order will NOT hunt or harass any ships tagged [?] unless they have proof that the ship has Nomad Materials.
2.[?] Tagged ships will NOT voluntarily carry alien materials, and in case, they are caught, the Material may be confiscated.
3. The Order will NOT stop the [?] tagged ships from mining various mineable materials in or outside the Edge worlds
4. The [?] and Order vessels bound by this agreement will not assault the vessels of the opposing side, except in self defence.
5. In case of a nomadic presence, both parties would aid each other to the destruction of the nomad.
If you agree to this, then we will no longer bother you or your people, and waste Order time and resources, and stay to our selves in the Iridium Fields within the Omicrons.
