The Captain of the erroneous KDS vessel Fukushima has operated outside of the guidelines Combined Fleet and the Kempeitai find acceptable. Your actions are compromising sensitive diplomatic activities and joint security operations in the Independent worlds.
Your actions were deliberate and unsanctioned by the State of Kusari.
The Captian of Fukushima is hereby ordered to commit seppuku, or face the liquidation of his command by Kempeitai Assets.
The Executive officer of Fukushima is to ensure this happens, or the junior officers of Fukushima are to stand loyal to the state and instill discipline into their superiors.
If none of these actions fails to take place, Special Task Forces will hunt down and scuttle the mutinying vessel with extreme prejudice.
When the Captain of Fukushima is confirmed dead, the presiding officer of the vessel is to return to Matsue HQ and turn the vessel over to the control of the Agency task force "Konoe Shinden." Failure of this to occur will not be accepted.
