Wall of text shows you (HMS-Argosax) getting upset at Corsairs destroying your POB, at least one of which you knew was a [Star] alt. You threatened his base in retaliation, and about a half hour later, you reached their POB (as U-99) and tried to destroy it, only to fail. When that didn't work out, you posted a bounty for 1.5 billion credits about 4 hours later, based on nothing more than OORP hate and revenge. Your actions were the result of metagaming. The result of your actions is the loss of both ships. We talked about an indefinite ban on you again, but a few of us are hoping this sanction will suffice to drive home the point. Don't disappoint us.

2 Battleships = 900 Million
Cap 6 and Cap 8 Armour = 1.1 Billion
Jumpdrive MKIII = 550 Million
2 Docking Modules = 300 Million
Argosax Cash = 547 Million
you just fined me 3.4 Billion because I blew up his Core 1 Base is that really fair?

Your attitude up there is nowhere close to player-friendly. I really doubt anyone would enjoy that sort of thing.
You've taken revenge too far. We hope this is enough of a wake up call for it to not happen again.

The story runs deeper than what appears on the surface, I was used by the Leader of Star to get his Star Space Port base to Core 3 then he cut me loose when initially the contract was we would be sharing admins in that base.
Do you know how long I spent helping him build Star Space Port, months I spent!!
Before I arrived his base (Star Space Port) was Core 1 and he was supplying it himself with his [Star] Char when I was removed as admin his base was Core 3 and [Star] had ten members.
On top of that I knew this guy since 2010, such betrayal is unforgivable.
On top of that when I had decided to build my own base he decided to destroy it because he could.
What was it he said after my base was gone:
Outlaw: I run the omegas I am the great star lord
Such an ego had to be burned and I burned it nicely. I guess he was not so great after all....
Anyway I am not gonna let some megalomaniac spoil my new year over the loss of some pixel credits. I am going for a drink Happy New Year.

After some thought I would like to appeal the punishment laid upon me for this sanction.
Even if I am guilty of Metagaming, my actions did not result in the destruction of the base. The destruction of the base is the fault of RNC Ships that were sieging the base. Of which Rheinland Military were not elgible to claim the bounty.
My attempt at metagaming due to reasons laid out above never culminated in the destruction of said base, I failed to destroy the base but metagamed.
Thus the punishment of the deletion of two of my ships worth 3,500,000,000 credits that took months of hard work to create for metagaming whatever the MOTIVE behind it maybe is in my opinion unjustifiable.
The fact you were considering to permanently ban me is even more insulting and a thought I find deeply distressing, over the past months I have donated money to the server in fact I was the first to donate when Jaxx called out for more donations due to the pot running dry.
I have also maintained a relatively clean sheet up until now, during my reinstatement which began end of June. Helped various new players get started on the server and much more.
Many players here who still play here that have been on probation multiple times for things done in forum and ingame worse than I have, have received far less punishment than me.
I dont know what lead to the decision for such a harsh punishment to be exacted upon me.
But it is out of proportion, just today I had finished hours of mining to pay 550M for a Valor that was sold to me two weeks ago. I unluckily transferred that to Argosax today and then you delete both ships.
As a result I have had to return the Valor and now I have nothing, before it was even New Year you have completely wiped me out and all because I metagamed a bit on someone who is egotistical and screws you over just to get what he wants someone who betrays you the second you are no longer of use to him!
I didnt even destroy his base merely attempted too and you crucified me!!
I hope there can be some compassion since its only just turned New Year....
