Subject: [ Adirondack Station Attacks ]

So I had my suspicions about this carrier when he was sighted outside Adirondack claiming to be "Testing" the bases defensive capabilities. Later on one of our capitals reported having sighted him acting suspiciously around the base whilst on patrol so I decided to take one of our old experimental cloaking ships to go and see if I could catch him in the act, and here what was recorded.

I'm sure you'll be able to do more with this information than we can, which is why I'm sending it to you. Needless to say our suspicions were definitely warranted, and his explanations at ten minutes in are even more laughable.

We shall continue keeping an eye on suspicious activity around Adirondack, and anything else that comes across my desk will be forwarded on to you.
