As promissed, I am gonna provide you with more informations about our 'topic'. For now I assume it's safer to stay in secure channel and that nobody else should know about this, unless those are trusted people.
Rumors has it that the Alliance currently is in a heavy mess... People try to sort things out while high ranked People just disappear without any reason.
With disappear, I don't mean vanish, but more and more start to retire without any reason!
For the time beeing, I'll move to Rheinland to where Captain Klaus Hoffmann is awaiting me. He's the one that has been giving me the intel about Rheinland not beeing affected at all. This all must have been kept secret or I'm sure that the representatives would've already made a move inside Liberty.

Konnichiwa Rockford-san, I'm glad you find yourself well. The chain of events you reported me is most disturbing, and while I'm sure that the Alliance might still follow the same manifesto that was delivered to me, the lack of integrity shown by the institution at its high levels makes me question the reliability of the SASF as an ally.
For now, we need to know who is really in charge of the Alliance Forces as a whole, the members of the Alliance forces present in Kusari, and if there is any representative assigned by the leaders to act in Kusari on behalf of the Alliance.
I am trying to check with special operations commander if there is a possibility of covert support on your investigations, but that might take some time and persuasion. I need to know what is out there that might act against you, and what missions do you require our support.
Hopefully we can provide the assistance sooner than later, if we have those answers.

I've talked to our Captain operating in Rheinland, Captain Klaus Hoffmann... He's told us that we should contact the BDM beforehand, before we do anything in Liberty. Once we have specific date and place, I'll contact you again. Meanwhile, prepare your men for the Mission.
I've another request though. I would like, that you Commander Shimoe would come with me in this meeting. Captain Hoffmann wont be available for a while as he's still gathering the people around which haven't been affected with this. Before things get tight, we should make our move.
