My name is Goro Yoshida and on behalf of the Lane Hackers I send you our warm greetings. We were deeply saddened with the lack of central leadership within the Blood Dragons, but I suspect this is going to change soon.

The Lane Hackers used to maintain with the Shogunate a growing and strong partnership. This primarily, but not exclusively, included the exchange of technology, base construction materials, information and software.

Under the rule of the Most Exalted Shoguns Dato and Noboru we have achieved much and it is my wish to see our bonds flourish again. As a sign of our renewed relations we would like to return to you the Blood Dragon Gunship which we had retrieved as a sign of goodwill and friendship.
