Mr. McMel,

We advised your client to let this matter be. The pack of lawyers we have chained out back have been itching for an opportunity such as this. Within moments they realized that you misspelled Sergeant Vorter's name making the entire indictment invalid. My lawyer's have advised me that spelling a defendants name right is covered on day 1 of law school. You also claim to be a prosecutor yet you gave no details on yourself. Since you're client is so quick to seek legal action. We felt we should respond in kind.

Here is a civil indictment filed today in the Republic of Liberty District Court on Manhattan against your client.

Thank you for pointing out an error in the name of the officer LPI
I've already sent the appropriate papers to set it straight.

Yet I'd like point that pack of lawyers of yours made even bigger one
since they forgot to enter my client last name on their so called "civil indictment"
what makes this lawsuit worth that much as the paper on which it was printed.

Furthermore since represented by you 'victim' alone led to a similar situation
by actively participating in the destruction of my client's ship
plus the fact that properly stored coffee has no right to pour out.
For me such lawsuit is or attempt to financially benefit yourself
or is it an attempt to intimidate my client - both punishable.

I suggest you treat the matter more seriously - the creation of similar allegations is a mockery.
Mockery of law which you and your man should represent.

Anyway, it's good to know that Your specialists valued burns from coffee and
scratch of the ship for the amount of 100M SC
I wonder then how you would have valued actual destruction of the ship and
with over 3015 units of unique cargo on board.

"We advised your client to let this matter be" - We will let this matter be
when the following conditions are met:
- my client will receive public apologies from both parties involved
- my client will receive monetary compensation - valued on the basis of an agreement between our appraisers
Or when Officers C.Dusa and J.Vorter will be found guilty their crimes.

Still looking forward to hearing from you.

Wilhelm McMel

I'm beginning to think your client should find different representation. Your client both in his original claim and in your "indictment" has his name listed as Matt "Handlowiec". Therefore his name on the civil indictment was put as the same.

Since your client falsely represented his legal name in official documents your client is now guilty of perjury. Your client has been fined 10,000,000 credits for his misrepresentation and criminal charges will be filed shortly.

The "indictment" of mine was barely and information to LPI and LN HQ before bringing actual accusations
- constituting a settlement proposal. And as such does not require a full name and the surname of the victim.
In the aforementioned correspondence between my client and LPI HQ - indeed he did not use his surname
- but it seems that it was not necessary either.

So the accusation of perjury is unfounded, but it seems that again we have apparently another
attempt to intimidate my client.

For the last time please consider our settlement offer.

Still looking forward to hearing from you.

Mr. McMel,

Now I'm quite sure your client needs different legal consul. You seem to be digging a deeper hole for him everytime we speak. Thank you for admitting your clients culpability on the perjury charge. Compensation claims sent to LPI are official documents and therefore any misrepresentation on them constitutes perjury and possibly fraud.

The fine of 10,000,000 credits is due within 48 hours or criminal charges will follow.

Safe Skies,

I see that you are very eager to add additional fees and creation of charges,
pity that you do not show similar eloquence when comes to keeping your people
to do not exceed their powers or do their job properly.

The LPI officer actively participating in the destruction of my client's ship,
by his recklessness he scratched the ship and suffered burns - yet you claim that it's my client is to blame.

During filing by my client the complaint to LPI HQ - Officer on duty D. Lewis did not pay attention
that documents are incomplete - yet again you claim that it's my client is to blame.

In both situation - the fault was on your people side,
and it's quite a large number of cases of negligence for such short time.

You really want show that face of the LPI in public trial, TV-news and newspapers?
Face of incompetent gluttons - switching their costs of their blunders on citizens?
Or maybe You will treat this seriously - behave as Officers then apologise
for that small mistake - after all We all are humans.
We will get some agreement about recompense and the matter will go silent as if never took place.

Mr. McMel,

Your client has not paid his fine within the allotted time period. This along with your continued attempts at extortion have led us to increase your clients fine.

The fine of 20,000,000 credits is due within 12 hours with proof of payment provided in this channel.

Failure to pay within the allotted time period will result in a warrant being issued for the arrest of your client.

Furthermore in regards to your lawsuit. We will be making no settlement with your client, now or ever. We fully standby the actions of our officer and welcome any opportunities to show our professionalism to the general public. Our lawyers have combed over every shred of information related to this case and they have assured me your suit is without merit and our actions will be thoroughly vindicated in any courtroom setting. Our lawsuit against your client however is much stronger with solid evidence and meticulous documentation and if we proceed your client is very likely to lose.

It would be wise for your client to pay his fine and to drop this frivolous lawsuit.
