To OSI leadership figures

It has been a long time since The Order has heard from OSI, some here wondering if said silence could mean your collapse or other disaster. However, your ships still roam Sirius which denies such a scenario. Nevertheless, you may think why we address you right now so I will get to the point.

I am currently assigned to deal with matters Admiralty is too occupied to deal with personally, after all splitting into two in order to visit two places simultaneously is an impossible feat. With the files I received, it has came to my attention that OSI and The Order have signed a deal that has never left drawing board - not acted upon in any way. We should not let this case linger no more. Year ago, our representatives agreed to construct jointly ran station in one of our systems. There has been no further correspondence related to installation. My question is: has the project been cancelled by OSI or merely put on an extended hold?

Secondly, we are looking for organization to run an 'errand' for us. By this I mean borrowing your logistical assets for specific purpose. So we know OSI are no longer enjoying hospitality of Rheinland - justified move or not, it is not within our gesture to question given hell-bent nature of the law enforcement. Assuming your captains are at least in moderate way skilled in arts of blockade running and jumphole navigation, OSI is still capable of maintaining a presence within Rheinland along the black market. If you are keen for the challenge, we need black market munitions moved to our homeworld. To make it easier, The Order can and is willing to offer scout service within the borders and more meaningful escort upon your departure from the house.

We will be awaiting your answer.

Greetings Agent Valkyrie,

I'm David Starr, Director of Public Relations for OSI. Glad to meet you.

Well, to address your inquiries. First, that station issue is indeed on an extended hold, as you say. In the last few months we passed for some reorganizing, so to speak, of our Director's Board. That put this and other projects on hold. Tell the admiral we shall talk about this in the near future.

About your curious request... Yes, we have access to the Rheinland black market, of course. We are already discussing our tactics to accomplish this task. Do you have any idea of numbers? Or any quantity we can get our hands on will sufice?

Best regards,

Finally someone I can get a hold of. The correct option is the "as much you can carry" as we do not intend to waste neither ours or yours time with some miniscule estimations when it comes to such a hot cargo. There is a plan and route already envisioned by our navigators and logistics experts, if you wish to take it into consideration. Normally, you would be thinking in terms of slipping past the Corsairs on the path to deeper Omicrons: the mainstay route of your everyday Zoner. It is not the only way, as we have our own private path into Sigma cluster that you should take on.

It is in no way a safe journey, but it shall spare you difficulties so common when traversing the edge worlds. It is advisable for you to hold down at outpost of our common "business associates", precise location of will be delivered by courier. This anachronistic approach will put eventual pursuers off the track. Apologizes for being enigmatic on the comms but there is never enough safety concerning such big lifting operations; Venerable Whale's are not battletransports and need to be defended accordingly in alternative ways.

Greetings.

The delivery was made a couple days ago. Three whales worth of ammo. A fourth one had technical problems and had to go back to Nichols. Here you have the manifests: [#1] [#2] [#3]

Do you want us to make another delivery? And how soon would that be, if that's the case?

Starr out.

Apologize for the late answer, however we face some technical issues that are not so easily resisted. Nevertheless The Order and Phoenix experts are attempting to solve it internally, perhaps you will be of use as well when Overwatch contacts you next time. The Order would like to resume convoys at earliest convenience.
