'lo there Omicron Shipping mon,

I find myself pleased to have an excellent opportunity to reach out to one of our respected business partners. Omicron Shipping Industries has proven unmatched in its ability to maintain the consistent procurement of important resources, and when there is new business about, such considerations are even greater advantages. As for the well-prepared, new business is big profit, something both of our organizations enjoy readily.
While previous supply contracts and requests have been filled in a professional matter and at a remarkable pace, the Congress would like to offer business possibilities that do not directly equate to a 'pay and ship' scheme. Therefore we would like to make what we hope will be a more interesting and worthwhile proposition to ye Pilots, that is in line with the revolutionary shipping-bonus scheme that OSI has designed for its own shippers.

Seeing as one the primary demands increased has been Industrial Hardware, our local Inverness Pilots have taken the opportunity to provide such merchandise from the nearby Newcastle system on occasion. These supply runs to Omega 49 are not only profitable, but allow us the opportunity to scope out new equipment as well as return with Alloys that are readily needed and are quite conveniently located in Nichols' sector.
In the past, the Junkyard has offered explicit bonuses within supply contracts that offer more than the typical 4200sc per unit of Reinforced Alloy. Besides attempting to make a stop to said Station a profitable and worthwhile alternative to the regular prices for standard goods, we have strived to make it a reliable export location that contains goods worth shipping out from our sector. The recent increase in such activity and trade has helped us realize that even further opportunities may indeed await.

Seeing as many Omicron Shipping Industries Pilots are frequently navigating to the Newcastle system, with an outbound profit on Deterium of approximately 1500sc, we would like to offer something that will explicitly encourage the OSI to ship Reinforced Alloys to Inverness as part of this 'supply loop'. By offering an 'outbound profit' of 4000 sc per unit via the current listing price of Reinforced Alloys at 4200 sc/unit, we hope to make the acquisition of Industrial Materials a more profitable round trip for OSI Pilots. Congressmen and other Junkers have already benefited greatly from this exact route, though with the opposite destination being our point of origin, as bringing supplies to Nichols has become a more consistent profit as of recent as well.

Contract Specifications: What we would like to propose as a new idea, is a shipping contract without capacity parameters such as a "100k of goods" order. Instead, we would like to offer a blanket contract in compliance with the OSI's current bonus program to be valid for approximately two to four weeks, or any befitting window of time to fit with the current bonus-payment schedule. Within this shipping contract, OSI Pilots will be offered typical "supply bonuses" for any Reinforced Alloys delivered to the Junkyard, just like they would are rewarded for returning other goods to Nichols. Seeing as how RA are a negligible resource for the OSI, we are confident such a contract would not conflict in any way with the proceeding business of OSI construction, instead offering greater profit potentials at the end of already-established routes. At the end of this contract's term, the Congress (namely, the Junkyard administration), will make payable the full amount of bonuses to be paid to OSI Pilots for Junkyard deliveries., we only ask for an amount/copy of the 'bill to be paid' from the OSI, as we know ye gents take great care to detail your shipping bonuses already.

In essence we seek to add an alternative, off-site bonus location to your shipping program that will not distract from your current shipping -- but will instead offer a useful "Point B" in your supply loops. Of course, this would greatly aid Congress efforts to support the growing Refugee situation in Inverness. In addition, if such a concept seems reasonable (or indeed proves successful), it might become worthwhile to consider more growth by encouraging Congress shippers to further increase their supply trips to the Omega 49 sector by offering partial bonuses or similar benefits to those shippers. If the OSI is to consider these as possible growth opportunities for its already successful program, the ability to compensate more shippers and shipping points could prove monumental in further distancing the capabilities of Omicron Shipping Industries and the Junker Congress from other companies. Regardless of implementation, we hope that these ideas for new and exciting business will open the doors to even more interaction between our Pilots, besides the previously successful shipping contracts that both of our conglomerates have enjoyed.
Seeing as a side-effect of recent market changes has included a fluctuation in the value of Premium Scrap as well, we hope that stronger ties will help allow us to facilitate the full-profit of resources at sale points that are not always convenient by our own means, as the Omicron Shipping Industries is renowned for its ability to facilitate a full-range of possible cargo destinations.

Best Regards,
-Aces

Dear Mr Aces

I am terribly sorry, that this comm has been left unanswered for so long. As you are surely aware, the junkyard has been added to the target list of Omicron Supply Industries and countless deliveries of Reinforced Alloy have already taken place.

The need for reporting to claim bonus-payments has not been noticed so far, but as the buyprice for Ra seems fair, to say the least, the contractors of OSI don't need additional monetary motivation to help out our base. And we have noticed a junkers helping out in delivering construction commodities to Nichols Trade Center. I do hope you find our prices just as fair.

Considering the bonus payments for deliveries to Nichols I would ask that you tally up the total deliveries of your group at the end of a bonus period (usually monthly) and report this to our accounting-department and announce a single account to transfere the money to. From there, you can redistribute the money to your individual members.

We recommend asking for receipts of delivery from the dock masters, just in case should the final tally prove to be inconclusive. In such cases we would ask you for a report including the receipts to avoid any confusion and guarantee fair payments.

If I understood correctly, this is what you ask of Omicron Supply Industries to be eligible for bonus payments, and as such the announcement will go out to do just that. As you have proposed two to four weeks, I deem syncing it with the OSI-internal bonus program to streamline bonus-payments between our groups.

As for the scrap. I am sure that there is capacity for Omicron Supply Industries to help you with that as well. Just keep us informed should stock levels change.

Best Regards
Jason Kelly
