Most Wanted by House - Omicron - 01-30-2015

The question which individual role-playing characters would be most INRP sought after enemies of the state/criminals by each house in the game was on my head for some time now. Would they be leaders of domestic organizations, foreign houses war criminals or particularly fearful/devastating individuals/warlords from external factions that draw their attention?

I suppose Liberty would have split between Rogue Lord Moka (you can say what you can about him as both character and the player, yet he is quite a longterm thorn in corp's bottoms) and Nicole Hunter of the Hackers. Input from leaders of the house factions and explanation why.

It depends if you mean inRP or from player´s ingame point of view because there can be difference. For example by ingame actions Tutashkia is currently very high on the list in Liberty and Rheinland. Rorry and his guys were same in Rheinland in past too. But their position would be lower on the wanted list from inRP point of view where domestic factions usually occupy top places.

You need to have strong presentation for long time both on forums as well as ingame to get position on top of wanted list and that´s rare because catching too much attention leads to people logging on you and ganking you regularly (Rorry and Tutashkia could probably tell you a lot about it Smile )

Expected serious thread, hopefully it wont be thrown into floodish oblivion.

Laura, I am considering INRP top wanted list of considerable renown characters. Tutashkia's incursions so far cause nothing but temporary damage and occasional losses to Interspace Commerce - which any random pirate can accomplish. To be more precise: characters which are considered a credible threat rather than a juicy PvP target.

RE: Most Wanted by House - WesternPeregrine - 01-30-2015

A most wanted list is hard to come by, since the hierarchy of threats against each house is almost canonically stratified. It takes a lost of individual and personalized work by one rogue or a hessian to acquire a sort of infamy of it's own, and not be bunched together into the pool of "constant hessian menace".

Bounty boards work mostly by targeting the faction/organization as a whole. In some cases factions identify a particular enemy leader (GRN grand marechal for example) as a high value target, but most of the times these leaders create the same level of danger as any of other enemy pilots, so specific bounties/assignments that harm but don't neutralize an enemy leader have little value.

Noteworthy enemies/ most wanted would be those that have lead several operations that caused greatest harm to your organization, or those who have caused the most amount of defeats without being defeated themselves, for example.

Sorry for intrusion as I'm not any official faction leader, but at the moment I'd point out two people:
- Vladimir Scorpius
- current Lane Hacker leader
