Thank you for informing us of this rogue pilot. As you no doubt are familiar, we cannot keep our eyes on every pilot every hour of every day. It is reports like this, from fellow Colonials or from our allies that allow us to keep track of the activities of our pilots. As this is a pilot of our secondary fleets, it is even more difficult.

As it stands, after reviewing the evidence, you have acted in a proper manner and levied fines that are certainly warranted from the BAF. Should this rogue pilot not pay your fines, then please inform us before you take more drastic action - as we may be able to locate him ourselves and bring him to answer for his crimes. Rest assured though, this does not hinder our relationship. Well done Captain.
