LNS-T.M.Lengyel has been sanctioned for:

It appears you deleted the ship before we could, but I picked the biggest ship in your small collection and sent it to Bastille. Guns and credits didn't make the trip. Post here, convincing us you will pick more appropriate names for your ships, and I will release it back to you.

After doing a quick search on my character names, I have found that in my hiatus my carrier was the one sanctioned. I have not been active in the server community for quite some time. Today I wanted to get back into the community. Now, as per your accusation, I have apparently typed "swear words" backwards? If you check your server logs, please compare the IP Addresses on whom connected with my character's name. I do not recall ever creating character names that violate the server rules.
LNS-T.M.Lengyel stands for a Hungarian region my family are from. LNS = Liberty Navy Ship. T.M. = Tolna Megye (province in Hungary) Lengyel = Town in said province.
FMV-Somliv is a freelancing character. FMV = Freelancer Mining Vessel. Somliv = my first name backwards, Vilmos which is William in Hungarian. Google it.
Vilmir_Trust_Fund is a simple character I use to keep my money in incase of incident of hacking, I won't lose most of my income. Hence, I seldom fly this Starburst.
There are NO OTHER characters associated with that account. I have made them for RP purposes and have abided by your rules.
As for "deleting" the ship the "before we could" sounds fishy to me. What was the name of said "ship"?
Last time I had connected to the server was on January 19, 2015 to help make the Role Playing Biography relevant to my hiatus of the two main characters.
The IP Address of the 192.168.1##### family I have used for accessing the server. If there are ANY other IP Addresses not in the 192.168 family/range, then it was not me. I only play via from home or from my friend's house.
This sanction would probably explain my issues I have had today.

Hello there. I double checked the work done here, and have verified that it's not done in error. We're good at picking out who is who. We've done it enough times to be more than adept at it at this point.
192.168.* is an internal IP address. Not an external IP address. Pretty much everyone has that address. Your external however was linked back to a ship name which i'll send you through a PM rather than posting it publicly.
Because the ship was named as it was, stuff has been put into jail.
I even checked your current forum account IP address, and that too matches the ship in violation. We know it's you. I suggest you change your tune and let us know that you'll pick nicer ones in the future.

You have 30 days from today (Wednesday, March 18, 2015) to purge my online, digital footprint from your server and forums as per Directive 95/46/EC - Articles 2, 4, 12 and 14 and per Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union - Articles 7 and 8. Failure to do so will result in legal termination of services with "Hetzner Online Ag, Bayern" located in Gunzenhausen, Germany. This is a legal binding order, approved by the Office of the Attorney-General. On Monday, April 20, 2015 there will be a remote inspection to ensure request has been fulfilled. Failure to do so will ensue forfeiture to any and all content on server(s) and domain(s).

As a brief, simple explanation, all of these articles are about personal data. The key word here is personal, which means informations that can be linked to your personal identity such as First Name, Last Name, Address... There is none of that here or on the game server. Nothing links to your identity.
If you're interested in carrying on with a lawsuit, feel free to. Considering the case won't go anywhere and the legal "owner" lives in New Zealand which is outside the European Union, you are looking at total costs exceeding 10.000€. The best part is that you will have to pay every single euro all by yourself. I'm not exactly sure what is the cost of an inspection for potential charter violation, but you will have that pay that all by yourself as well because there is zero personal data on the game server.
I would also like to remind you that when you have signed up, you have agreed to this part in our registration agreement:
