Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter members of ALG board of directors. My name is Laura Clausewitz and I´m newly appointed Inspekteur der Polizei of the Rheinland Federal Polizei after - as you maybe know - my predecessor inspekteur Daniel Artura retired for personal reasons. But I don´t want to waste your time so let´s go to the reason why I´m sending this message. Unfortunately, first communication between us is unpleasant. Very unpleasant.
Few days ago one of our officers was on patrol and decided to check incoming IMG convoy but two of your ships appeared on the spot too. And unfortunately, manners of their pilots were far from standard when it comes to contact between police officer and pilot or captain of civilian ships. SpoilerI would like to hear explanation. This is second time during last two months when some your ships - in this case even two of them - showed behaviour which included violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives or even some sort of attack.
To be honest, I can understand behaviour of captain of [ALG]-TGX-Quidellbach which claimed he didn´t hear order to stop. It may happen - despite it shouldn´t - and he paid proper fine for violation of orders. Gut, no big deal.
But I really can´t understand how is possible that your pilot ignore -THREE- orders to keep distance and stop hitting polizei ship. I also can´t understand what kind of "cleaning" or "scrubbing" method he use when result is damaged ship. Not to mention that even ALG is not authorized to decide if polizei ship needs any "cleaning" or not, definitely not without approval of ship´s pilot to start with. And especially if used method leads to damage.
So, to cut the chase. First, I demand explanation.
But not only this. And I also demand payment of fine in the amount of 3 million credits to account RFP|Arsenal for three violations of paragraph §2.4.1. of Article Two of Rheinland laws - Violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives - as well as payment of fine in the amount of another 6 million credits which is issued according to paragraph §2.6.1 of Article Two of Rheinland laws - Any of aforementioned crimes if performed by employees of a corporation, company or any organized group marked by same identification tag, are a subject for multiplied fines or sanctions against the whole organization.
And at last, I demand payment of 1 367 420 credits which is total cost of repairs on the damaged Bergelmir class bomber. Repairs consisted of repair of right wing´s structure, replacement of shield emitters which were damaged by overload caused by repeated hitting and ramming, replacement of damaged electronics and sensors in the wing and also new painting was needed.
Apart from this, I would like to hear apology from herr Meinhard which was - at least it seems so - responsible for actions of ship [ALG]-TGS-Wyk.auf.Foehr. And mainly, I would like to hear assurance that pilots and captains of ALG ships will be instructed how to behave and will once again start obeying orders of polizei officers so behaviour like this will not repeat.

I prefer keeping things short, I have looked over your reports and will try to cover everything.
On the matter of the Quidelbach. This appears to be a simple misunderstanding which was resolved. I will not comment on the fact that you decided to issue a fine for what appears to be a complete non-issue, either way this was resolved.
The case of the Wyk auf Föhr. To be honest, it isn't entirely clear what is happening from the information you've provided. I will open this channel to Mr Pfalzgraf so he can provide the explanation himself.
In any case, the total fine has been transferred to avoid any unnecessary complications. The directory will wait until further information is available before any additional measures are taken.

Laws apply to everyone, even Rheinland corporations. Can you give hundred percent guarantee that none of your captains will go rogue and make something illegal? I doubt that. Thus we have to stop and check even them. Just to be sure. And thus your captains and pilots must know they have to stop when polizei officer orders them to stop. And fines really help them to remember it. Simple as that.
