So, whats the Lore behind hostility with Gallia Lawfuls? Means they can pay bounty...

I doubt there's any lore.
It's just back in time official BHG fulfilled contracts against Gallic Lawfuls.
Also, some independent hunters fought against Rheinland with Liberty and vice versa.

In the early days of the budding Bretonian-Gallic conflict, BHG chose to oppose Gallic lawfuls and take contracts against them instead.
This hasn't changed, and therefore Gallia views the Guild as a whole as a hostile organisation.
