This is Junker Zachary Ryans of the local Puerto Rico patrol. It is my sad duty to report that the Junkers have had many recent unpleasant and illegal encounters with the group known as the Liberty Security Force, transponders =LSF=. This comes after a series of events that took place several months ago detailed here. This shows that their misappropriation of Liberty Laws is deep-rooted, if relatively ignored.. even after the Liberty Navy's own investigation of their activities, which took place shortly before the suspension of noted =LSF= officers.

This latest chain of events first starts upon encountering non-verified vessels within Puerto Rico. Visible ships as well as the use of EM-bending technology, commonly referred to as cloaking devices, was detected in the vicinity of La Fortezela. Per protocol said vessels were asked to depart, yet invading LSF ships remained aggressive and instigated hostilities before being outed into 'neutral airspace'.
The end result of said events was an absolute blockade of the Puerto Rico jumphole, ordered by the aggressor ships. While said obstruction took place, diverted Junker vessels were ambushed by Gallic forces marauding within Liberty-controlled space. Thusly, requests were made for the blockade to be lifted for basic supplies, a request that was vehemently denied. As this order seemed malicious and unusual, and EM-sensors at La Fortezela still remained abuzz, an investigative vessel was set to course toward Planet Houston for further information.

Said vessel discovered a culprit for the EM-Detection readings within Puerto Rico, a Freelance Pirate Transport vessel, deemed illegal for use within Liberty, en route to Planet Houston. When this Pilot was hailed locally, within moments he was avidly vouched for by an LSF Officer as an "Independent Contractor", though the ship in question has also proven recognizable to Junker contacts and even station vendors.

Due to this most serious consideration, the actions and accusations of =LSF= vessels will be hereby regarded as unveritable and illegal slander, until further investigation of said organization's methods of intelligence gathering take place.
All privileges and standing granted to the =LSF= specifically, will be revoked until they can be proven within compliance of Liberty Law.
Local Pilots will be ordered to disallow any sort of illegal inspections or likewise, and respond only to the direct orders of a [LN] or LPI vessel.
Demands made based solely upon evidence provided by said =LSF= sources will be regarded likewise.

The Junkers have a storied history that includes volumes of warnings and demands regarding illegal ships utilizing Junker stations;
it is disturbing to consider that reports of "violations" in fact be 'independent contractors' or likewise acting purposefully.

Therefore, the Junkers request that such material henceforth be adequately vetted before any proceeding based upon it takes place, meaning a delay of current proceedings until further review,
and specifically insist.. no, demand that the manipulation of Liberty Law not become an ordinary function of Law Enforcement,
lest it continue to interfere with the efficacy of genuine investigations .
