Good evening,

It may have come to your attention that the Crecy-Class Destroyers, which were kindly granted to us in our last exchange, gained a lot of popularity in our ranks. Our captains appreciate the superior armor plating and core-output. I'll cut to the chase, though. We would like to offer you another exchange. We're ready to forward you two (2) Interdictor-class Battlecruisers and two (2) Archer-class Siege Cruisers in exchange for three (3) of your Crecy-class Destroyers.

We think that this is both fair and in favor of our mutual war effort and will only strenghten our alliance.

I hope to hear good news from you soon, ladies and gentlemen.

Commander Catherine Liza Raven,
Liberty Navy, First Fleet

Commander Raven,

I am very pleased to hear of your success and the popularity surrounding our destroyers. I must admit, I myself am rather fond of the Interdictor, and I know Admiral Brooks is very fond of the Archer. I'm sure she would love to see more fly by her side.

Which leads on to your request. Having discussed this at length with our newly appointed Quartermaster and Admiral Brooks, we have come to the decision that this trade, as an addition to the previous exchange of technology, can be only beneficial to the war effort, and our respective great houses. As such, I hereby APPROVE your request on behalf of the Bretonian Armed Forces. I'll have Southampton arrange a few for pickup by yourselves.

On behalf of the People of Bretonia,

Fleet Admiral Michelle O'Brian
Commander of her Majesty's Armed Forces
Bretonian Command
