Hey there. It's come to an agreement with the green-team that since the official status has been lost, you don't have the say to distribute NPC Zoner bases. The Base ownership has gone back to the TAZ and OSI (official factions) to distribute on their own, as they retain the say-so for Zoner Assets for the time being.
