Subject: Nomad Killer

Firstly, I would like to apologize for what transgressed within Liberty's borders today. One of The Order's vessels - an Osiris by the designation of Nomad Killer - was tracking a nomad specimen that found it's way into liberty space. While our ceasefire agreement with Liberty ensures that our vessels will not breach Liberty space without request, the Captain of the Nomad Killer apparently was too caught up in the situation at the time to address that concern - he will be reprimanded for such.
While I was not witness to the actions at the time, apparently either liberty lawful forces or local mercenaries and bounty hunters demanded the release of bounty hunter core pilots that were being detained within the Nomad Killer's brig. This issue may not have been covered in our ceasefire agreement, but we will not relinquish prisoners of war unless an official appeal is made by the organization which those prisoners belong to.
After refusing to hand over these personnel, Nomad Killer was attacked by several liberty ships, and was forced to return fire in defense. The result was the destruction of several Liberty Navy, Security Force, and Private Mercenary vessels who assisted. All we can do is offer apologies for the destruction of these craft, as we believe it was poor judgement on their captains' behalfs to open fire on a vessel with no reason other than holding prisoners of war.
I await return word on this matter.

Not only was there absolutely no Nomad activity in New York at the time, your Commander was never fired upon before he went on his rampage.
Core Hunters? Not a chance. Whether they were in his hold or not - which my scanners showed no signs of - I have clear evidence of lawful and civilian escape pods littering his hold. If you want this evidence, you'll have to contact me privately. I don't want to get any more involved in this then necessary.

I myself was not present when the said incident happened. However, from the reports of my units, and yes they are trustworthy, it seems that "Nomad_Killer" stormed into Liberty, and after some requests for him to leave, he fired on my units.
As Mr. Hasting said, there was no Nomad activity in New York at the time. That's just another excuse to come into New York, and make a mess of things. There was absolutely no reason for "Nomad_Killer" to fire on my units, as they had nothing but diplomatic intentions, which were trying to get an unauthorized Order ship to leave Liberty. From the looks of it, he barely even said a word before engaging our vessels, let alone talk.
It seems, Commander, that you have a disobedient captain aboard the said Osiris. I sincerely hope that you will have it taken care of, for the safety for our citizens, and of yours..
I look forward to hearing from you.

OOC//I give up. The "CIVI" i suposed to have killed was a MERC in a kusari gunboat.
The screen's of my cargo if you look closely show's less then half of it, and only the 2 navy pilot's not the rest i had on board. And last the person showing you "evidence was no where near the fight where i was dirupted. He was just in system screening what he saw on chat.
=LSF=Mike.Edwards(B) is the 1 who demanded i drop my pilot's. I stated No prisoner's to face a court. He then said i forced his hand and started lobbing CD's at me all the way to mine field.In the field i was disrupted 10K from Alaska, and returned fire killing them all.
You are all just pissed that a Gunboat, and 4 bomber/fighter's could not kill 1 Order osiris. Maybe i was wrong to chase a nomad into NY, but your ship's demanding my prisoner's, and firing on me was also wrong.
I tell you what. Next time i will come with my Fighter, and i can get the usual PAWNED when i get jumped 5 on 1.:angry::angry::angry:
PS.Told you Tenacity all of NY would not listen, and the Leader's would take Lib word over any order's.

OOC: One. Okay, if he was a merc. Sure. But he only opened fire on you because you already had Civilians in your hold. He stated that totally in RP.
Two. After the fact, I watched you sit there blasting Civilian and Lawful NPCs left and right. Totally ooRP.
Either way, denying droppage of lawful pilots is completely ooRP. If they were just NPCs that you -had- to kill for some unknown reason, why wouldn't you drop them? That would be in RP, and abide by RP negotiations.

OOC// i killed several NPC's because they were ramming the hell out of me,and anyone who has ever flown a battle ship can vouche for me. It is dam anoying. Also at no time did the LSF say drop any specific pilot. He said drop those pilot's.I had many xeno/BH pilot's alone with 2 GB/1 cruiser pilot, and about 6-8 civi's. All fired on me, and all were taken aboard for trial, which i stated to the LSF.

I had no "LPi" pilot's in my hold. I had navy/civi/BH/xeno So i did not deny him any "LPi" pilot's.
