Please let me first start off my conveying our appreciation of the hard diligent work your miners have performed in supplying Saltese with ore. The incentive to bring valuable cargoes out in bulk and supplies in have been invaluable to us. I believe the administrator of Saltese was so impressed, he orchestrated bonuses and discounts for an entire weekend to reward these hard working men and women bringing in their ores for premium rates.
Now, as to the reason for this message. We in Junkers Congress are interested in designing a new class of transport vessel for greater convoy efficiency. We are contacting various parties for the R&D work required. Specifically, we wish to contract your firm regarding the hull itself. It is not as complex as many of your larger and more attention-grabbing projects, but easily within your capability without too much trouble.
If you are interested, we can come to an arrangement that will benefit both our interests. And to save time, I am forwarding your department scans of currently built vessels and comments regarding their operation by their captains.
