Its been a little while since we've talked other than reporting supply deliveries. Unfortunately I wish I could say it was on better terms.
Quite frankly we're having issues with attacks by Hogosha, both inside Kusari and outside of it. Recently we've been suffering from attacks by Hogosha mercenaries even in Texas.

With all this in mind, we'd like to request access to your shipyards. While our own craft are quite durable, most of them are salvage ships equipped for basic defence, not for military use. With that said, we would like to request the following.

x2 Dragon Gunboats - One for usage in Liberty against the Xenos and Hogosha attackers. One to be placed in or near Kusari, in order to support the Blood Dragons and attack the Hogosha on their own turf.
x3 Tanto Light Fighters - To allow us to avoid danger where possible by cutting them off before they can reach us.


We understand resources may be stretched thin for you and will do our utmost to continue our supply runs and would be willing to supply all materials needed for the construction of these ships ourselves.
