I am Taruko Ishibashi, Guild Mistress and current Paramilitary Commander of the Gas Miners Guild.
I guess we haven't met yet if I don't count battles against Corsairs in Sigmas and Frankfurt and I would love to change it. I haven't paid much attention to your movement, but few days ago I had to solve one incident when Kruger Scarvengers caught one of your transports in 19th Sigma and The Order battleship with me provided help to your pilot.
I've heard a little about Munich disaster, can you please explain what happend there? I might offer your movement not only help with supplies but also with troublesome Unioners lurking around in Sigmas, Frankfurt and Munich system.

Your interest in contacting the Exiled Party comes as a mild surprise. I'm mainly intrigued as to why you wish to invest in our success when you claim to know so little of the movement.
Let me explain in summary; The Bundschuh are the political party that originally created the standing Bundesrepublik of Rheinland in wake of the Eighty Years War that your predecessors' paramilitary decisively won at the Yanagi Pocket. While the Bundschuh managed to overthrow the Imperial Government-in-ruins, pragmatism amongst the government soon saw my own predecessors as a threat to authoritarian political power. As a result, we were outlawed and have remained so for more than a century onwards.
The Bundesrepublik as it stands is in essence recognized by the Exiled Party as a rogue state, and I hope you bear this in mind in your dealings with them.
As for the Munich Disaster and other avenues of discussion, I would recommend a spaceborne or on-station diplomatic and confidential meeting. My own suggestion for sentimental and historic purposes would be at the Yanagi Pocket, rechristened Newport Station. You may feel free to bring what escort you deem fit; Sigma-13 is, after all, under your purview.

It's not like the Gas Miners Guild doesn't know about Bundschuh movement and Vereinighte Widerstandsarmee. We've co-operated in Sigmas with your pilots against Corsair forces, Kruger Scavengers, our transports supplied your Bruchsal with H-Fuel when you approved it and we know well about your actions in not so famous Nomad War.
I would prefer on-station meeting on Newport, it's not so friendly station with pirates and whatnot on board... So I would suggest to bring your escort as well, Klugmann-sama.
