If you would like, we would be pleased if you would appreciate being invited to a party between our two groups in order to get to know each other better.
We have met some of your pilots such as the captain of [UC]V-Eclair and enjoyed our little chat. I can see we both have similar interests.

Ah so you are interested! Very well, I'll give you the general idea of the party.
The A.F.C. have a rather good, to not brag, reputation for our parties, so I am surprised word has not spread yet up to you all. Never-the-less, I hope you will enjoy this proposal.
We will provide a large variety of drinks and food, quality marry jane if you like a good buzz, and if you are interested also bring along some women. What's a party without them?
As you may or may not know, my boys like to do some racing and betting, so there will be also be some entertaining racing going on depending on the location decided. Should you like to join in on the fun is up to you! Maybe some betting will be involved for some good fun.
We will be bringing some service ships to distribute the party goods for the comforts of your ship vessels as a good view is always nice to have while making conversation, don't you agree?
I suppose we can make this a classy formal party... but my boys like to live loose and not be always tucked into business suits, though as you are the guests we can arrange things to have both sides happy and comfortable.
And hey, if you want to bring along anything to enhance the party, why not!?

I was wondering maybe somewhere in Gallia or in the Taus... preferably near a trade lane of sorts... would be a good location? Though of course off the lanes to not be disturbed.
Since the Union Corse would know the best locations with a great view in that area, I wouldn't mind you deciding. Perhaps as a suggestion: Tau 31, Auvergne, Lyonnais, or Burgundy?

We believe that arrangements could be made to meet with you at Freeport 6 in the Tau-29 system. It's rather out of the way of most interests yet right along a trade lane. There are a few Membres who are showing interest in meeting with your group, though I suspect that largely depends upon when! Was there a time that would be ideal for you on this?
