To whom it may concern,
While I had only few encounters with Order agents in Liberty, I was impressed by the abilities and sharp minds they showed. However, since I know Nicole Hunters is more involved with The Order, I will take my opportunity to get acquainted with a small gift of information obtained by my operative, which encountered a Core Rhino transporting Nomad Remains and making quick stop at Fort Bush. Shortly after that, my operative heard Fleet Admiral suggesting the same vessel with this cargo to relocate to the biggest traffic crossing in entire Sirius - Planet Manhattan.
I, myself, have no idea how to understand this incident, therefore I would be grateful if explanation could be provided from a much more experienced perspective than my own.

Admiral Golanski here. There is no logical and ethical explanation to the events you have just witnessed. The motivation behind Core's actions is pure greed devoid of anything you could consider good in human nature. It is entirely possible that Liberty government/military enlisted Core to gather Nomad materials for themselves, given sudden decrease of Liberty Armed Forces activity within Omicrons. I will be honest, we expected better conduct of Naval Admirals, despite you two being direst enemies. We always been vary of them but now we know real worth of their past statements. That brings me to a question: Is your evidence open for further use by The Order Intelligence division?
