Since our relations with the Zoners have gone south, we found ourselves a little short on supplies, specially the more not-so-legal ones. And we fell short on capable vessels for that. Particularly freighters. Although we have access to some units of the Voyager class, all of them are running back and forth from Mu on the day-to-day supplies, made by the secondary fleet pilots mostly. But for the more sensitive cargo, the high command feels that primary fleet pilots should handle those flights. I was the first pilot designated for that, but my old Albatross transport is not up for that job. Too old and slow.

That's why I send you this message, to request authorization to buy one of your Garanchou freighters. I can arrange transport to Aomori Station, I am familiar with it, just need your approval for this 'resource re-alocation'...
