This is Stefan Steinar reporting about the start of my first mission with the MND which I was hired for. This is the summaray of the first day.
Day 1 – 21st of March 822 A.S.
Loki contacted me at 8 a.m. and told me that he’ll pick me up in an hour from now and added that I should be ready by that time. An hour later he was right on time and I was already waiting for him to arrive. He informed me that we’ll be checking the Stuttgart and Omega-7 systems for IMG activties today and so I got in formation with him and he set course towards the Stuttgart system.
On our way there he told me that I won’t be shot by police and military forces in Rheinland territory for this week. It was good to hear that and we reached planet Baden-Baden pretty fast as he choose that planet as start of our todays patrol.
For the next four and a half hours we were flying through this system without even finding one single IMG pilot. We were quite frustrated by that fact and so we docked at planet Stuttgart to get something to eat. He took me to a bar where he used to have lunch twice a week and I got to admit that the had really great food especially the Apfelstrudel was very delicious. The only fact I didn’t like about this bar was that there were only members of the police or military and I got watched very closley by all of them. I guess if I would have gone there without Loki I would already be at the Vierlande Prison by now.
As we were done we went into the Omega-7 system where we would be the rest of the day.
Just as we left the first Tradelane Loki received a transmission from a Daumann freighter being attacked by IMG pirates not far from our position. We went there and minutes later we found the freighter and it’s opponent. Loki immediately told him to deal with him and stop demanding the cargo of the Daumann vessel.
The IMG pilot told him that he is ordered to do so and that he will get this cargo as planned. After scanning the attackers vessel we knew that he won’t be a threat to the two of us as he was only flying a gunboat. As he suddenly begun to shoot at the freighter Loki told me to open fire on him.
I powered up my guns and destroyed his shield with my Asuras and then I contiuned to fire with my 4 Ahriman guns. Meanwhile Loki shot him with his Cerberus turrets and a splitsecond later he asked us to stop shooting him and he wants to find a solution to this situation here.
Loki gave him the choice: 1. Were going to kill him right now or 2. He pays 30 million credits to us and leaves the system as fast as possible. The IMG pilot didn’t like that a lot, but decided to pay as he wanted to stay alive as I think. Some seconds later Loki confirmed that he got the credits and ordered that guy to go now. Then he equally shared that credtis with us and we continued our patrol through Omega-7.
After this encounter we didn’t see one of those wanna-be pirates for a couple hours unitl we wanted to go back to Freeport 1 to finish our first day. Went to Omega-3 using the Jumpgate and there we stopped as a IMG Transport pilot who just wanted to demand cargo from a BMM miner. I flew between those two pilots and told the IMG guy to pay me 10 million credits or I would open fire as I’m the pirate here and not he. We were discussing some time and I made clear that the Rheinland Cruiser behind me would fully support me in case of an engagement. He understood that he is totally outgunned here and paid before leaving with cruise speed.
Loki liked what I did and told me that I just saw that I totally understood what this mission is about. That not only killing them gets me credits… I thanked him and answered that this is what I do every day. He laughed and after the BMM pilot also thanked us we went on to Freeport. To get there we didn’t take the Tradelane as we would have had to go by the IMG Shipyard. We arrived at FP1 at 22.30 p.m. and went into the bar to have a few beer. It was fun there and before I went to bed Loki told me to be ready for our second day at 8 a.m. tomorrow. I agreed and went to my flat to finish the first day of ‘real’ work.

Day 2 – 22nd of March 822 A.S.
Well, after the first day was over and everything was working just fine I got up at 7 a.m. to get ready to earn some more money today. As I was done I took my sword with me and went to my space craft to take off and wait for Loki to start the second day.
Loki arrived a few minutes later and he contacted me to tell me what he had planned for today. He said that Omega-7 will be our task until 1 p.m. today and were going there without a stop.
He went first and we used the Jumpgate to reach our destination. From the Omega Gate we went southern to look for IMG pilots in this system. On our patrol we met some Krüger miners and we infomred them that we are in this system, so they know whom to contact in case of an attack. They really liked to hear that, but they were also asking why an officer of the MND is working with a pirate. Loki explained that I was hired to support him and he also mentioned that it would be easier to hire a pirate than to get one of his MND guys for this job.
The miner understood what his point was and as everything was said we went on flying towards a well known mining spot nearby.
As we arrived we found a few more Krüger pilots and I asked them if they have seen IMG pilots in this sector. Two of them haven’t seen someone today, but the others had something to report.
They said that two IMG transports which were heavily armed had been robbing them earlier today and they also gave us their names and shipdata. Quickly we changed our course to fly nothern to another mining spot where they were seen last. Loki was already angry about this and made clear that someone is going to die today no matter how. I laughed as I considered that a joke at that given moment…
About an hour later we were coming closer to the coordinates we were given and Loki already saw to ships on his battleship scanners – IMG transports. He told me to cloak my ship so they don’t detect me too early and so I did. We got closer and closer and they were staying there as they didn’t knew that trouble is coming up to them. We were very close to them about 500 meters as Loki opened a channel and asked if they were threatening Krüger miners today.
One of them began to laugh and the other just said ‘Yes aaaaand??’ … of course that wasn’t what Loki wanted to hear and he powered up his turrets to show them that he’s not here to make some jokes. They said that he should turn around an fly back home to daddy. Loki was already shouting towards them and he told me to decloak. I followed his command and also powered my guns to make clear I’m not playing either.
One of them was laughing his ass of as he saw a pirate working with a MND cruiser captain, but he stopped after I demanded 40 million credits for their lifes. They were asking if im crazy as they won’t pay anything to me. Loki made the same demand again and fired onto them to make a statement they might understand. They both decided to engage us and they tried to get Loki down, but they forgot about me and after I almost killed one of them as my Supernova found it’s mark they took the energy of their guns and contacted Loki.
They suddenly said that they are willing to pay now as they don’t want to die here in space right now. Now we were laughing and after I received the credits we told them to leave the Omegas without making anymore problems. They agreed and left without any more words. This being done we went back to the Tradelane and we went to Omega-3 now to check for IMG activity there, but it was very quite there and we only met some BMM and Republican Shipping pilots. We told them to contact us if case of an attack or if anything else happens as we would help them immediately. They thanked us, but they also said that they hope they don’t need us as that would be way better and I had to agree to that.
We flew around in Omega-3 and Omega-7 for a few more hours, but nothing happened at all. As it got quite boring we decided to go to Rugen Station in Omega-3 to have a few drinks to celebrate todays achievements. On our way there Loki told me that he is very pleased by our work and wished to be that successful for the rest of the week. We arrived there at 9 p.m. and directly went to the bar and I took my sword with me carrying it on my back and Loki was having his katana with him as always.
We sat down at a table and we ordered some beer and rum. The barkeeper came over with our order and asked us to put down our weapons. I already wanted to do that as Loki took out a paper and handed it to the barkeeper who left shaking his head. As I asked my new found friend what that was he replied that this was a offical document that allows him and his friends – which was me – to carry this typ of weapon everywhere. I liked that a lot and drank the first glas of rum. It was very interesting to talk to him and hear what’s going on in Rheinland all the time.
I don’t know how much time went by, but as we wanted to leave we were stopped by 4 guys who identified themselves as IMG agents. They said that they were here to get back the credits we demanded from the two IMG guys earlier today. Of course we refused and Loki already had his hand on his sword ready to draw it. I was smiling and asked them to leave before someone gets hurt or killed. Their leader asked us if we can’t count as this would be a 4 on 2 fight, but I had to tell him that he’s wrong and I wanted to know if he ever fought a sword bare handed. I didn’t knew what to say and stepped forward to punch me.
As he did so I lost his right hand to Loki’s sword followed by a huge slice from me cutting his upper body in half from his left shoulder down to his right liver. The others tried to grab us, but they failed and we killed them too. One of them was decapitated by Loki another got killed by me and the last one standing got executed by Loki who sliced through his stomache causing a great blood loss.
This unequal figth showed me how useful my new weapons was as almost every bar forbids rifles and handguns, but not old-fashioned swords and I knew what I will keep carrying this weapon with me. Loki gratulated me as he like how I used his present and added that I just earned 2 million credits.
I asked him if he could give me some tips and training after our mission as I’d like to get better. He agreed and he said that we should better get out of here and go to Freeport 1 as this would be safer for us as sleeping here could get quite dangerous after this incident.
We took of minutes later and went to Freeport where he took a room for the night and I went to bed at my flat until 8 a.m. tomorrow where the next patrol would start. Before I fell asleep I fought about todays work and fight and I was surprised by the efficency of swords at close range. I also liked the credits I earned today…

Day 3 – 23rd of March 822 A.S.
So let’s see what happened on Day 3 of my mission with Loki…
It started off very relaxed even after yesterdays excitement at the bar and we were flying through Omega-3, Omega-7, Omega-11 and it was very boring. Nothing happened, we met no one… I mean no single pilot and this wasn’t what we were looking for. But, there was nothing we could do about this. The only good thing was that we had a very great conversation during our flight that day. We were speaking about the other house territories, about pirates and lawfuls and it was very interesting to hear what the lawfuls are thinking about certain things.
It was 5.20 p.m. as we arrived at Freeport 1 again and before we docked there I asked Loki if he has some more time for a training lesson with my new bastard sword. He liked that as he is a huge fan of swords and old fashioned weapons. Loki invited me to come on board his ship as he’s having a training room there where we train with holograms on different levels. I didn’t know what to expect at that time but I went there and while I was walking through his ship I was surprised that no one of his crew even looked bad at me or said something bad about pirates and that fact confused me somehow. They didn’t even ask why I was carrying a sword on my back.
Nevertheless I went on till I reached Loki who was already waiting for me. He told me who this simulations work and that the first step will show me some basic maneuvers which he said to be improtant especially for me as im carrying the weapon on my back. For the next two hours we were training very hard, but I felt like I got better already. Loki was fighting on a completely other level and was able to defeat much more enemys.
After we were done I invited him for some rum, but he had to refuse as he was tired and had to write a report on his own as well. I went to the bar alone, had a few drinks there and went to my flat afterwards. After having a quick shower I went to bed…

Day 4 – 24th of March 822 A.S.
As we had a boring day yesterday Loki and me were hoping to have some more action today. Which we shouldn’t get again we were flying in Omega-5 and Omega-7 for many hours and we only met Corsairs which were greeting us without trying to make demands or something like that.
We had lunch and afterwards we decided to train at Loki’s gym again. It was very exhausting again as my arms were quite powerless from yesterdays training, but it was great anyway.
Later this day we went to the bar again to drink some rum, whiskey and beer and Loki told me that I will work on my own for the next two days as he has to do some other very important work. I had no problem with that as I could do my job one way or the other. We were having a great time as a few hot looking ladies stepped in and somehow we weren’t able to look anywhere else. They also recognized us – I don’t know what the reason was – our great physique or our weapons or the fact that we were speaking quite loud, because we drank a lot of alcohol already.
I don’t know if we were to drunk or to lazy to go over and say hi, but that wasn’t even necessary, because the girls came over to us after half an hour. They began asking us where we are from and so on and I was fun. One of them wanted to know what we are doing to earn our credits and Loki proudly replied that he’s a MND cruiser commander which impressed them quite much. As the tallest of them, she must have been about 5’11” tall asked me what I’m working I answered as proud as Loki did – I’m a pirate. They began laughing as they thought that I was joking, but Loki confirmed it and told them no to laugh. I was curious about them as well and asked what they are doing all the time. The tall beauty came closer and whispered in my ear while I was looking into her ‘eyes’. She said that all of them are Corsair ladies from Cadiz base and they are here to have fun tonight. She told me that her name is Cassandra and I shouldn’t tell Loki about her real job. I smiled and asked her to drink on that with me.
I talked with Cassi and Loki spoke to Sandra and Martina we were laughing, because everyone had a great time partying together. Cassi and me were getting closer and we also spoke about our ships and crazy situations that had happened in our lifes. She also wanted to know how working as a pirate is and I invited her to spent a few days with me so she can check it out live and in color. She agreed and gave me a kiss. The conversation went on for some time and then Loki stood up to tell me that he has to leave and he’s taking the girls with him to show them his cruiser. I wished him a nice time and he promised to contact me after his other work is done, then he left.
Cassi stayed with me to get to know me better. Time went by fast and as the barkeeper came over and asked if we would be so kind to leave as we were the only guests left and he’d like to close now we left this bar after I paid the bill. We stood outside as she asked me if she could see how the flat of a real pirate looks like. I nodded and so we went towards my flat. On our way there she took my hand and I felt that she really liked being with me.
Mintues later we arrived and I showed her my big flat. She liked it immediately and took her shoes off to get more comfortable. I showed her my bathroom and after she went in she turned around and kissed me whispering that we’ll have a great time tonight…
I smiled and thought to myself… Wihaaaaaaa Baby…

Day 5 – 25th of March 822 A.S.
Day 5, yeah…
Waking up with Cassi cuddling on my chest was – different. Don’t get me wrong it was an awsome feeling and I’m very happy that I met her, but it was something I never really had before as women usually stay away from outlaws like me.
She woke up seconds later as my alarm went off and after she threw my alarm onto the wall destorying it Cassi asked if I would like to have breakfast as she would cook something for us. I said that that would be great, but as I don’t have a kitchen this won’t work. She started laughing and asked if im rich so I can have lunch and everything in bars and restaurants. I didn’t confirm that, I only mentoined that she will find out how I earn money and asked her to fly with me for the next two days as I would be working alone and such beautiful company makes ‘work’ nicer.
She agreed, went to the bathroom and said that she’s getting ready.

Cassi left my bathroom wearing black latex leggings, a black top and a belt with a gun on it. I was kinda speechless for a few seconds before I told her that she just looks perfect. She smiled and said that she’s ready to rock’n’roll. On our way out I took my sword with me and we went to my bomber together. I was so fascinated by her beauty that I almost went past my ship if she wouldn’t have asked which one is mine. As we went up to my Eclipse she asked what kind of vessel that is, because she had never see this typ before. she wanted to know how I got into possession of this craft and I told her about my trip to Gallia and my friend up there. She was surprised that I had been in Gallia as the Corsairs have neven been there so far.
Some time later we took off and I set course towards the Cambridge Jumpgate using the Tradelane. I jumped out in the middle and place the ship beside the Lane to wait for ship coming through. Our conversation meanwhile was really nice and I also got her last name now – diCassano. She told me many things about the Corsairs and also mentioned that they like pirates for the work they do and occassionally some priates even join the Corsairs.
Waiting there was very great today as she was kissing me from time to time and seeing her great body and smile was also making things better. After 3 hours waiting finally a train came by and was thrown out of the Lane by me.
Quickly I told him to stop which he didn’t, then I fired a cruise disruptor to stop him and repeated my demand to stop and finally he followed my order. The pilot was already angry about me stopping him and asked what the hell I want adding that I should let him go right now. Cassi was already having fun and smiled as she heard that I demanded 10 million credits from this train pilot. She never heard that someone made such a high demand on an ordinary train carrying some gold ore. He said that he doesn’t want to pay 10 millions and offered to pay 5 million. I made clear that I don’t negotiate and I will open fire if he doesn’t pay what I want. Mrs. diCassano was laughing by now as she couldn’t believe what I just did. The pilot got even more angry and shouted that he will pay, but the next time he won’t come this way alone. Seconds later my bank account was shown on my display being 10 milions higher than before and as Cassi saw who much money I possess she asked me if there is something wrong with my display.
I refused and said that I work every day and so far I had been quite lucky. After he was gone we stayed there for a few more hours talking to each other and at 7 p.m. went flew back to Freeport 1 to have dinner together.
After arriving at Freeport we went into my flat to get dressed for dinner. She took a shower and as I went into my bathroom after her I felt like she’s already living here which wouldn’t be bad at all. She also seemed to like it here and about an hour later we were on the way to the restaurant. I was carrying my sword and she also had a knife with her as she told me that her dad always said ‘never leave the house without a knife’. It sounded funny for me, but you never know what happens.
Dinner was great we had steak with potatoes and some rum. She wanted to go back to the flat right afterwards as she said that there will be desert to finish this successful day…

Day 5 -alone-
Systems: Stuttgart, Köln, Hamburg, Omega 11.
After e awesome time at the bar, and an endless long night in the bedroom with this beautiful two young ladies, which speak really good Spanish… not interested why, everything is perfect… I had too bring them back to the station, because I have to start my patrol, and I can't allowed myself to loose focus, or risk their cute lives. In the morning, after a nice awakening, and a not so nice headache, I told them that I'm sorry but I have to get to work. They fully understand that, and after refreshing they're hot tattooed body in the shower, they we nearly fast finished and ready to go… less then an hour…. I gave them my communication address… we will meet again.
So the fifth day we will separate on scout different sectors. I left Planet Stuttgart and docked at the trade lane leading to the Köln jump gate. I was really tired from the very long last night, and nearly overlooked two Corsair fighter. Right in front of me they disturbed the trade lane and I stopped “unwillingly”. When they noticed what the caught they freaked and started shooting me. So I had to react. The one who disturbed the lane just stood still and fired on me, so he got a full salve of my Cerberus turrets what destroyed him eminently. The other one flew around my ship in a simple circle, so I switch to the Rheinland cruiser turrets and fired after him. I got him very fast, because he was in panic, but I noticed again that those turrets aren't perfect against these fast fighters.
This morning I felt a little bit sorry for Corsair pilots, so I tractored there escape pods and the bit cargo the had. They don't need to die today. On my way trough the Hamburg system I will hand them over to the Guards of the Vierlande Prison. I will tell them that I found those two in space, so the don't need to stay there for a long time.
I reached the Köln jump gate and docked. In Köln I flew a big round, first flying directly to the Heisenberg Research Station. On this way I only met one Freelancer. Everything was fine as he wasn't carrying anything. After docking on the station and watching the newest engines the had for sale, I flew to the nearby cloud in which the Duesseldorf jump hole is and the Krefeld Base, where Unioners seen lately. For a second I saw a freighter on the radar, but in the same moment he vanished in a jump hole. Good for him. My new course led me to the Hamburg jump hole, where I can get perfectly to the system from me actual location. But I really have to be focused, because near to that jump hole there is the stationary enemy Cruiser Schwarzwald. Everything worked fine and I reached the Hamburg system without any problems.
After the stop at the prison I set curse to Omega 11. I flew the same way back I came from. When I reached Stuttgart there was more work for me than before. Four trains where passing through. One Interspace Commercial, a Zoner, and two Daumann’s. I contacted them if everything is ok and if they have spotted criminals or IMG pilots. They negated, they haven't seen such pilots around here today. I went on, with a big curve around planet Baden Baden, to the jump gate to Omega 11… docking.
On the way to Solarius Station I meet a trader from Samura Industries, who was loaded with diamonds for his home system. I greet him an he told me he saw two miners on his radar before, but doesn't know which faction they belong to. I thanked him and started to the asteroid field to check it my self. When I entered the Van Rohe Belt I saw the two on my radar, but as green dots. I got closer to scan them and I saw they where from BMM. One of them contacted me and asked if the get problems for mining here. I answered when the leave any DHC vessels in peace we won't get problems. He was very happy to hear that. He answered that they only want to earn money through honest work and wont attack any DHC or KM ship. It was really good to hear something like that, so I invited them so Solarius Station because my patrol was done right at this point. I would pay the first round of drinks when they finished there work. A nice end for this day.
For the next day I'm thinking about to get on my Hegemon or Liner to see the actual hotspots of criminal activity myself out of the sight of miner or transport pilot. By the way I can earn a lot of money.

Day 6 – 26th of March 822 A.S.
We just had the 6th day of the mission and it was a successful day with Cassi joining me again. After we took off she suggested to go to the same place than yesterday and as I like her idea I went there. By that time my four Ahrimans were working at 100% again and I was ready to do my work.
I just placed my ship asking how long it would take until someone shows up today as she reported that she just saw a ship on the scanners. We looked at them and seconds later it appeared again getting closer. I disrupted the Tradelane by shooting it with my four Ahriman and the ship dropped out. It was a Samura train…
After opening a communication channel I asked him what he was doing so far from home. The captain replied that he actually is on his way back home after delivering several goods to Waterloo station. I also wanted to know if he wants to pay me 5 million credits for coming this way as I need to pay my bills. I don’t know if he just wanted to go on as fast as possible or if he wanted to do me a favour, but seconds later I registered the money on my account. Cassi liked that and said that she is already thinking about becoming a pirate as well as it seems to be very well paid. The train was already gone as I answered that that would be great if we could work together then as two ships would make it even easier.
She kissed me, nodded and said that we’ll make a lot of credits today if transports continue to come this was so fast. I agreed and looked at the radar which wasn’t showing anything now, so we were waiting and she wanted to know a few tips for her possible new carreer. We were discussing and I also wanted to know what her job is right now. Cassi told me that she is currently working at Cadiz as a sales assistant for an equipment dealer there. Surprised about that and curious I also asked if she would like to move into my flat as I’d love to have her with me all the time. With a simle on her face she asked if I’m asking her to become my girlfriend…
Before she could reply I noticed another ship coming over, but not using the Lane. I contacted the ship and started a full scan that showed me an empty Republican Shipping transport. The pilot asked if he could do anyhing for me and I said that he could pay me 500.000 credits for not shooting him. I called that a fair price and said that he’s preparing the payment. I felt great as that was my second successful raid today and after I got the credits I allowed him to leave. He thanked me and had a question as well – he wanted to know if I would help him for 1 million in case he gets any kind of problems. Without thinking I agreed telling him to contact me if anything happens.
Confused about that Cassi first told me that she would love to be my girl asking if we could pick up her belongings from Cadiz tomorrow. Then she wanted to know if I would really help that transport pilot. I confirmed that saying that I don’t care where my credits are coming from.
This sounded quite great for her and she said that she had never seen or heard of such ‘work’ so far. As the scanner wasn’t showing anything for the next 2 hours we had much time to speak about several personal things. She was hungry and so we went back to find some meal…
* 2 hours went by *
I placed the ship again beside the Lane and together we were waiting again…
Nothing happened…

She was almost falling asleep as it was boring after we had lunch, but suddenly she shouted ‘theres a transport on the radar’. I began looking for it and went closer to pirate him as well. That guy wasn’t responding to my transmissions and also didn’t answered me when I contacted him demanding him to stop his ship. As he acted like I wasn’t there I began shooting him… after my Asuras destroyed his shield I switched to my four Ahriman to decrease his hull strength. Hit after hit his hull got weeker and as it was below 50% I fired my supernove scoring a direct hit followed by a huge explosion that ripped his ship appart. He wasn’t talking to me and nothing; but he left his ship with an escape pod which I beame on board so I can sell him later.
Cassi was happy, smiling and loved it how I destroyed him as he wasn’t replying to my demands. She also wanted to know what I would do with him. I told her that I would sell him – sometimes companies pay good money for ‘volunteers’ and sometimes criminals are paying even more. As she wasn’t freaking after my statement I recognized that she also doesn’t care about such people just like I do and she even wanted to know if I prefer selling him to lawfuls or criminals.
I had to admit that I really don’t care at all adding that if someone pays me 5000 credits more than the other he will get him no matter who it is. With a guy in my cargo bay we went back to Freeport which was about 16k from our current position we decided to sell him and finish the day with pizza in bed.
The only bad thing for me was that he wasn't having an IMG ID as i would have got more credits from Loki that way...

Day 6, different view

Location: Omega 11, Stuttgart, Omega 7, Omega 3, Cambridge, New London, Leeds, Tau 31.
This day will be interesting or very boring. But never mind, I will make a lot of money.
First I will take my Uruz… ok, it’s not a Uruz it is a Enterprise Luxury Liner from Planet Baden Baden, but it has really a very nice shape and 11 turrets of trade & peace, combined with some good armor… and second I will get into my Hegemon to mine some diamonds in Omega 11, and least one fast round with my cruiser.
I docked with my liner at planet Stuttgart and bought some Apfelstrudel to deliver it to planet Harris in system Tau 31. I never was there before, so I was very curious how this route would be. My navigation system deicide to fly up to the Kusari sectors, but I wanted to fly through Bretonia, so I had to corrected the route. It was really a peaceful flight with a nice view, only in system New London I saw a shootout …between I think BMM and a lone Gaian…, and in Leeds I nearly ran into 3 Corsairs pirates, but with some luck I kept a save distance. On my goal planet Harris I sold the goods, and bought some gain wildlife for the return. When I left the orbit I meet some Betronians from Interspace Commercial who where not amused, that someone from Rheinland pilot get’s they’re goods. But they haven’t made any problems. Returning as fast as I can, I reached planet Stuttgart quite fast.
From here I switched over to my Hegemon asteroid miner and flew to Omega 11. With a short stop at Solaris station I immediately began to mine in the Van Rohe Belt. Nobody disturbed me on that day, but I know from the past that there are Hessians, Corsairs and specially IMG pilots which pirate mining ships. Later I sold them at Waterloo station in system New London, with a great profit. After that good hard work I docked at battleship Karlsruhe in system Stuttgart to switch to my cruiser.
I just wanted to dock at the trade lane directing to Freiburg station, I saw a big red dot at the radar coming fast from the east. I immediately stopped the docking procedure and turned my ship to see who that crazy guy or smuggler is that is coming from the New Berlin Jumpgate. Seconds later a big hostile transport came out of the trade lane. I signaled him to stop immediately, because I need to scan him. He ignored me and flew to the next Tradelane, trying to dock. The Tradelane activated, but my cruise disruptor stopped his plan. Again I told him to stop and don’t even try to flee, because the weapons are hot now. He understood it this time, flew back to battleship Karlsruhe and waited for the control. I scanned him and saw that it was an enemy liberty vessel who was smuggling Aluminum. I contacted him and told him to pay a fine of 5 million and leave Rheinland territory, if he wants to fly back home in one peace. He told me he hasn’t got so much credits. At that moment a Freelancer fighter joined into the discussion and asked me why I’m stopping this liberty transport. Perhaps he was his wingman, or just a too social pilot, I don’t know. At that point a long discussion started. “Great” questions were asked, like if Liberty and Rheinland are at war… Simple things had to be explained like, that for a Rheinland vessel Liberty space isn’t save too. I started thinking about that these pilots were some people who just started working in Liberty and for this corporation and nobody told them the laws of both nations. So I decided to decrease my demand to 2 millions, because he is such a unlucky bastard. But even this chance wasn’t accepted by him. He really uses all my nerves… He stopped answering. I waited some time. No respond. Now it was over. I called him a last time and told him that the time is over. Energy was put on my turrets and all off them started firing on the enemy. Three seconds later a huge explosion ended every discussion. Where the transport was there where only metal pieces and a lot of aluminum cargo. The Freelancer was scared and didn’t understand what just had happened. I told him that a Rheinland pilot wouldn’t be welcome in Liberty just like Liberty pilots aren’t welcome here. He left. Perhaps he had taken the escape pod of the transporter with him. I took the rest of the cargo and sold it on planet Stuttgart. A strange end for a day.

Day 7 – 27th of March 822 A.S.
After the two days working alone were over I met Loki at the Omega-7 Jumpgate again.
This time I was alone as Cassi had a few things to do and wanted to get her belongings alone, she also had to quite her job as she said. Loki was also alone and after a short conversation we started our work today. We jumped to the Omega-7 system and headed towards the Krüger mining place. As the both of us arrived there it was very quite and nobody was within scanner range. Just as we wanted to go back a few Krüger miner showed up and one of them asked Loki why the hell he is working with a pirate. He explained everything and they were happy to be safe here.
We contiuned flying towards the Stuttgart Jumpgate and from there through the southern territories back to the Omega-3 Gate and nothing happened on our way.
After jumping there we went to Ruegen station and from there up to Freeport 1 where we used the Tradelane to get to my standart pirating spot. There we go into position beside the Lane. Loki used his battleship scanners to search for ships coming from Cambridge and after some time he dirupted the Tradelane and told me to follow him to a ship that just dropped out. As I got closer with him I recognized that it was an IMG train loaded with ore and the pilot began asking what the MND is doing here. Loki didn’t answere to his question, but demanded him to pay a fine of 5 million credits. First the pilot refused, but after Loki powered up his turrets and fired a warning shot he changed his decision and paid him.
Then we went to Omega-7 again and in back to Freeport in the afternoon as nothing else happened. Loki was satisfied by that single encounter and after a few beer at the bar he said that we won’t work tomorrow as we’ll have to do all the payment stuff. Minutes later he left and I went into my flat to go to sleep.
