The.Jamaica has been sanctioned for:

Consequences: Blowing up ships in Conn with your Outcast Battleship without an agreement might seem like fun entertainment for you, but it violates server rules and causes your guns to fall off your ship and your credits to leave as well. It doesn't matter how apologetic you think you are afterwards. Do it again and your ship will leave you too.

Well it was an accident and that is why I apologized afterward, and the victim accepted the apology openly in syschat! To see this person has still reported me shows malicious reporting.
Can I see the evidence please, I think I will need to make a player request/appeal.
Note I only blew up one ship by accident for which I apologised not ships.

Well as said Bob, player intent is everything here and I did shoot him by accident this can be determined from my replies afterward of being sorry and of my dismay at this sanction here.
If the player had been upset by my accidental shooting and not of accepted my apology then I would understand and accept the sanction, if I did truly shoot them and were guilty then I wouldn't bother with these replies here but I have. Because I am innocent of player harm through the fact I apologised and he accepted it shows malicious reporting on the part of the one I killed who has reported me just because they could.
Well their attempt of sanction lancer I would like to appeal against and I would like the sanction reversed.
You can't sanction someone by one action here, if you check the logs you will see me apologise and him accept it. After that I did not shoot anyone else in such a way, ergo it was an accident.
