To RM High Command || From The Order - Omicron - 04-01-2015

Purpose of this transmission is towards Rheinland Military High Command and them only. Admiral Heidrich may already know that inclusion of BDM directorate is out of question and will only further lead to degradation of peaceful relations between The Order and Rheinland. Reason is, BDM leadership for last month lies in front of our own agents concerning their operations on our territory, that our High Command has issued no permission for. The Order High Command accuses BDM of violating The Order space without permission, complete defiance of following our instructions while in doing so and harvesting of Nomad remains - act considered illegal in our territory. It has come to a point that we consider military options available to us.
Rheinland Military however done us no ill and co-operated with The Order on several occasions with common understanding and respect. It will be to our great sadness if RM is unable to seize control over BDM operations, as it will be inevitably leading to confrontation. Still, we do not expect you to carry out anything without evidence on our part. We tolerated Rheinland's forces as far as Omicron Delta, by far best outside of our most trusted allies. BDM over the years has been warned several times to not enter any system beyond in direction of galactic north under any circumstances - which they have broken again, entering Omicron Zeta which we claim.
They have gone as far as to brand us terrorists and violate everything we stand for, utilizing our own space as their convenient shortcut to neighboring Nomad worlds with intention to smuggle their remains back to Rheinland, again breaking our regulations. We have kept Liberty away, and we have violently dealth with numerous violators in the past. We will not hesitate to add Rheinland to the list if we are forced to.

Given dissipation of any trust we had towards BDM, we request nothing less than full withdrawal of BDM forces from every single Omicron system until further notice. This is not negotiable and will be enforced with lethal force. The Order will not tolerate any further transgressions.
