Dear Officer of the Bretonian Empire.

My name is Alan Smith, I am a Guild Master of the IMG. I am sending you this transmission which is about the recent offensive operations of the Bretonian Armed Forces on Omega-5 and the southern half the Omega-3 system.

As you may well know, the Independent Miners Guild has heavily and covertly supported Bretonia's war efforts during those perilous times. This was in the form of war supplies, to the support of the BAF|Eagle militia wings and finally in the constant defense of the borders of the Empire in the Omega sector from the Corsair menace and formerly from Rheinland.

This finally brings me to my request. With your permission, the Guild would like to assist your forces during your recent offensive against the Corsairs. Afterall the absolute majority of the IMG Paramilitary in Cambridge and Omega-3 region are Bretonian citizens who each one of them is ready to sacrifice their lives in order to protect their families and House. In return for our services, we would like to keep in Omega-3 the flagship of the Omega fleet, a Colonial Carrier named IMG|Rockabill and be included in the revised Omega Treaty.

If this agreement cannot be made, we instead request clearance for Rockabill to cross Bretonian space in order to move the carrier along with its supportive wings to the Tau Sectors.

Good day and well met, Guild Master!
Free reinforcements you say? Well, I don't mind, not for a slightest! I just hope Rheinland won't be jealous, as I wouldn't really enjoy seeing Omega-3 packed with foreign fleets trying to pass by each other and the traffic without colliding. One has to wonder if that would bring more harm than rampaging Corsairs. That would mean that I will have to deny access to additional Rheinland capital ships, which somewhat suits me too. This is a Bretonian system, they have nothing to look for here except Corsairs, but that is not something I would go looking for. The IMG asked first, I'll tell them.
Anyways, due to the size of your vessel, there are some limitations you will have to abide by. I will send you the list.
And by the way, feel free to visit the Norfolk for a meal whenever you wish, with a smaller vessel of course. Being so close to the main and finest food producers in the whole Kingdom has some benefits. I'm sorry to tell you that we're always low on tea though, as Curacao is relatively far and Cambridge focuses on other branches of agriculture.

Oh, I almost forgot. I appreciate that you noticed that I had been bestowed with the honours of an Officer of the Bretonian Empire, but as it is rather a position than a title, it is more correct to name it after my name than before. It was a courteous gesture, nevertheless.
Good by and farewell until next time.

Limitations

1 The Rockabill must obey Bretonian laws.
2 The Rockabill must not enter other Bretonian systems than Omega-3 unless:
2.1 Being under enemy fire heavy enough to breach her shield.
2.2 Being called to assist in case of hostile incursions.
2.3 Traveling to the Taus: in this case, the Rockabill must be escorted by at least one Bretonian Armed Forces or Bretonian Police vessel and the departure must be previously announced to the Bretonian War Cabinet.
2.4 Being permitted by a member of the Bretonian War Cabinet.

Yours sincerely,............................................................................................................................

When he is about to turn the recorder off, Admiral Hall relaxes the fake smile that he was holding frozen for about as long as his weak smiling muscles could bear, showing the true cold of the hollow where his soul would be if there was one. He massages his lips after the recording is over, trying to relieve the pain. As he remembers that he has tricked the Guild Master that he has got no tea to share, his lips clumsily curl into a true smile, causing a light cramp.

Good day Admiral Hall.

It is encouraging to see eye to eye with you Admiral. The notice has been sent to the Paramilitary and they'll be ready to assist your forces as much as possible. Congratulations are also in order for your new title. I had several dealings with Bretonian Admirals throughout the years and thus I wholeheartedly believe that you fully deserve the title.

As for the limitations on the IMG| flagship, I have no objections and agree with each one of them.

Good day, Admiral.
