Short Bio:
I was born to divorced family. My father was military power-supply director in Liberty Battleships around the Sirius. He found new fiancee while working at Rio Grande and he stayed there. He died in war with Nomads in one of Liberty Battleships. My mother is a retired diplomat of DSE. Since I was kid I was trained to be a soldier and good pilot. I even used to fly in Tahoe could with my father when I was younger. I was freelancing for a while. I did some escorting job. I escorted Liberty transport convoys. Once I also protected a miner. After that I was doing some work on my ship and later escorting traders around Liberty again. After all that I was working for LPI for a while. I was part of LPI patrols around California and NY. We eliminated some threats like Liberty Rogues and Lane Hackers. Then my father enlisted me in West Point Military Academy, which I passed with no problems. I also got a new ship from Navy. I sucessfully promoted to be Lieutenant of Liberty Navy. I used to work for Liberty Navy as low ranking pilot. And now I want to serve in LSF because I believe it's my destiny.

How long have you been playing freelancer?
I've been playing Freelancer about 6 years, I played SP to the end about 6-times and MP about 5 years. I was in a clan, in quite high position and I was server police on Pitchblack server. Now in Discovery I was part of OPG server faction or now I'm part of official player faction Ageira| and [AFA] and unofficial [UC].

How much do you know about the RP of the LSF?
Liberty Security Forces are entities in Liberty space working for Liberty which are trying to keep clean space and also they are working on some secret stuff etc. Like not let Nomads get into Liberty space. Try to people wont find out about Nomads. LSF also wants support Liberty economy by protecting trade lanes and illegal activities in Liberty space. It's liberty intelligence agency.
I've read all threads about LSF here on forum and on discovery wiki, I also saw =LSF= guys in action online and I'm sure I know about LSF RP.

He should server to Liberty and defend all Liberty systems and keep them clean. He should take tasks from his leaders. LSF member should be able to do everything for Liberty republic. Make Liberty safe,flourishing,the best place to live in whole colonies.

You'll get sanction from admins if you use cheat.
If you have speed mod you'll get ban for 2 months. Who will be caught again, he'll be banned forever

Section 3 (3.1)
If you will use dirty words,insult other players and staff, spam is not allowed. You can be punished for that - One week ban.

Section 5 (5.8)
A player who died in battle in PVP cannot attack his opponent again and its for all of his chars on server account and duration is 4 hours.

Why do you wish to join the LSF?
We all know that Liberty is dangerous space of many pirates, smuggles, terrorists and organization who want to take over the Liberty. I'm there to monitor the illegal movement and to help all of you find the bad guys in jail, but this is very difficult to do when I have very weak support. Almost all watching me like I'm nobody and nothing so I decided to take some action and stand in a very powerful group.

No, I`m lawful. No criminal record.


Do you have any skills, competences and/or personality traits that could be useful towards the LSF?
I was born as a pilot and for that I am also educated, certainly that I'm good at fighting and rapid assessment of opposing tactics, good to collect people's information, spying and working undercover.

Tell us about yourself, that wasn't already put on the application so far. (//short bio of the character, minimum 2-3 lines)
He was born in a very good family who finished high school a lot so the family could support him in everything and had all chances to grow up in healthy, normal person. Even though they were financially stable families Morgan never asked too much luck and it arrived with very small things when he went to school he was a very exemplary student is never abused anyone and was very strong in his words and his attitude so that no one gave it to harass.
On his school days could be talking and talking, there are first love and outs so we leave it aside.
After finishing school, expressed his great desire to become a man of Honor and to serve the people with whom he grew up, decided to join the military services in which he completed all the training you receive and ordinary Marines. So are his temperament to succeed he singed up for flight unit where he is going through a difficult period and many sacrifices.
Now a reservist in LSF eager to become a good agent who will contribute his Republic, the daily effort attempting to achieve its goal.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
LSF like me always have to fallow orders and must listen the higher ranks, it is important to resolve the case quickly and efficiently, most of LSF should try to solve the talking and presentation of evidence (that is, RP style). When the situation is totally out of control and there is no way to solve it using power weapons, and usually after that everything is hidden and everything is done that the case does not cause panic among citizens.

2.1 - Use of modes to add equipment or money is not permitted and shall be deemed as cheat.
3.4 - Not allowed to threaten the other players and call it the name of the administrator, if something has to be solved provided there is a topic on the forum for reporting non-compliance with certain rules.
5.7 - The player who was killed in the system can not enter the same the next 4 hours, this applies to all of its characters. If a player created in the same system must leave within 10 minutes and of course not to attack other players or not to keep the characteristics of his ID. Transports/Freighters/Liners They can only pass through the system in case the trade route them that way and surely can be only to defend the case of an attack.

My primary ship is Guardian VHF (the ship I used to fly is to be handed over to another Secondary Division operative for several reasons; I'll get my new ship shortly, maybe before the review of my application). Also I had some practice on Upholder Liberty Bomber (currently not available to me).

Why do you wish to join the LSF?
I've been a pilot of the Secondary Divisoin for some time. The Primary Division has several advantages, like encouragement of teamwork. Also that allows me to act as a single mechanism with the other agents, thus giving us all the edge on the enemy.

In addition to space combat training I received advanced Liberty Marine Corps melee and shooting training. Also I am capable to do undercover assignments.

Tell us about yourself, that wasn't already put on the application so far.
As I've said before, I was born on the planet Los-Angeles, California. With some friends of mine (Kyle Cross and Brian Scott) I joined the Liberty Navy. Once our training was complete, we were assigned to the crew of LNS-Guardian of Justice (currently the ship is decommissioned). After the decommision we just splitted up. Brian and I ended up in the LSF Secondary Division. Currently Brian Scott is considered MIA. After Brian was no more in the LSF, I continued to work alone, sometimes running across the Primary Fleet operatives, also I participated in several =LSF= operations as assisting Secondary Division Operative. For some time I have been in command of LSF-RV-Phoenix, but I guess I'll hand the commanding authority over to one of the ship's current officers, if I am accepted.

I've been playing on my indie for some times, so I think I know how it works.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
First of all, simply being vigilant. Vigilance can prevent many hostile actions. Secondly, the LSF should monitor the level of threat and react when the national security is endangered. Assisting the other branches of the Liberty Armed Forces is also appreciated, especially if they really need it. On my LSF char I always try to come to peaceful solutions, so as to avoid civilian casualties. However, we act beyond the frontline, we need no eyewitnesses. Some can be talked to if we're spotted, the others won't agree to cooperate. So it's a matter of individual RP.

Sure thing. I consider it a part of 0.0, by the way, so the answer is already given.

Section 2: 2.1. Cheating is not encouraged and will result in harsh penalties. Using any mods but Discovery (speed mod, for instance), transfering cash from newly-created characters, flying on two or more of your characters at the same time is considered cheating.
2.2. Penalties for those who try to hack the server or threaten to do that are even higher (permanent ban).

Section 3: 3.1.No swearing, trolling, flaming, threatening (ooRP), etc.
3.2. & 3.3. This is English-lauguage based server, so all the messages in the system (or local) chat must be in-RP and in English. OOC is allowed only in extreme cases (like an sudden need to leave the game) and must be written only with double-slash (//) before the OOC.

Section 5: 5.1. PvP is allowed without any restritions in Connecticut only (however, 0.0 applies here too, so attempting to fight without asking is not the best option - that's just my opinion though).
5.2. Any attack outside Connecticut must be a result of appropriate RP (Not just "Engaging" or "Stop"). You are consedered attacked once your shields are drained by 50%
5.7. If a player is killed in PvP fight, he/she must not return to the system where he/she got killed for 4 hours on any of his/her characters. The two exceptions are:
-traders, whose routes pass through the system;
-those who are allowed to stay by both parties (0.0 rule; this one requires screenshots of the permission, just in case).

I'll set it to 7, although I prefer to be tested by the others. Only this way you may learn who you truly are.

For the same reason I joined the navy. To serve and protect the best house and way of living in the universe, The Liberty sector.

Do you have any skills, competences and/or personality traits that could be useful towards the LSF?
Experience with both bombers and fighters, excelent aim, great flying skills and unmatchable human relations. My training as a sniper ensures I can keep control of situations both in space as well as in land.

Tell us about yourself, that wasn't already put on the application so far.
Born in Manhattan, father served in the Nomad War as a fighter pilot. In my teenage years, I would run along in patrols with some of my dad's friends who had retired and went to the LPI, and that was what first sparkled me the interest to join a crime-fighting unit.

When I was 18, I joined the navy. I went to West Point Academy, and after succesfully graduating in the top ten I was assigned to Battleship Missouri to fighter's squadron Beta-11, where I flied a Guardian. 6 months after I arrived there, the trials for appliance to the battleship's strike team were opened and I signed in. My evaluation seargents considered my skills suited for the team's sharpshooter spot, and I joined the 75th Ranger Regiment as a sniper.
During operations, I flied an Avenger, designation code 12-41. In missions involving transports cleanthrough, hostages rescues or capture of enemy's ships, the team provided support in space and then reassembled at the battleship in one single shuttle to board the enemy vessel. But those situations were far and few between them.

The Rangers were constantly reassigned to more heavy combat locales, so I spent most of my time serving in the Missouri not actually *in* the Missouri. In one mission at Hudson, we were provided with the new Upholder bomber ship to destroy a under-construction Rogue instalation, and those ships became permanent part of our squad after it. We served in Liberty space, were shipped to the Omicrons, to the Omegas, to the Eta's in covert operations and we once were requested to make recon scan of Outcasts bases at Omicron Alpha. Much of the data now avaiable of Planet Malta and Valleta shipyard came from that secret operation.

When the war with Rheinland got worse, we were assigned back to the Missouri. In the earlier months of war, my sharpshooter skills came again to use, in boarding of Rheinland vessels in an effort to capture them intact so our scientists could analyze them. With the navy focused on holding it's borders, the Liberty inner space became less of a priority. Feeling I had served my time, I left the army 1 year ago and set on finding a job at Homeland Security, where I can continue protecting Liberty, but focusing on it's citizens instead of it's territory.

I must emphatize that in the six years I spent on the navy, I was for almost five as a sniper, but I never ceased from being a pilot. The Rangers were a elite special ops divison, not a base garrison. We only joined the boarding parties when the situation was too dangerous for regular strike teams to handle.

I hope you guys believe me when I say I served Liberty my whole life, and I want to keep serving it. I can make a difference. Yes, WE can.

How much do you know about the RP of the LSF?
I believe it to be a middle ground between police and navy. My personal interpretation would be an FBI or CIA of sorts (even a merge of both), an agency focused on homeland security with inteligence branches that cooperates with other government organizations. Never saw many LSF around, and is a faction I like. I want to be a law enforcer, and I tought it would also give it a little more activity in the system. I believe Liberty officers have kind of a not-so-high rep in the server, and I want to change that.

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
Scan for illegal goods, hunt pirates, protect Liberty systems and it's citizens and uphold the safety of the sector above their own lifes. Assist with navy and police operations when required, both covert and overt.
