JanL has been sanctioned for:
Quote:Server Rule 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
2.1 System and local chats are to be kept in roleplay and in English at all times. Any OOC (Out of character) chat should be marked with " // " and only used when absolutely necessary. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
2.2 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions or attempting to pose as an Admin is not allowed.
3.2 A player who was killed during a PvP fight in any form, must not enter the system where the fight took place or re-engage the attacker(s) for 2 hours from the time of their destruction, or until this/these ship(s) leave(s) the game.
Consequences: While flying a Solar ID ship, you were caught engaging in NPC piracy by a Gallia lawful. You opened fire on him when confronted, died and re-engaged, over and over and over again. During this time, you repeatedly talked OOC by rule lawyering the poor Gallia player, who was freaked out by your apparent necromancy skills. Later, you were discovered engaging in NPC piracy with a Brigand. Gallia corporations don't get along with Brigands too well. Certainly, they shouldn't be working together like that.
Bottom line, once you become pvp dead, you don't return for two hours, unless the player/s that fought with you leave the game. If you feel someone is breaking server rules, do not engage in OOC talk in local chat with him. Do not argue with him about the rules. If you feel a player is wrong, and he doesn't want to listen, just end the conversation and report him. However, in this case, the player was not wrong, you were. Also, I see you changed your ID to GRN. Make sure your GRN ID char acts like a GRN. Don't want to catch you working with brigands again as a lawful character.
As a result of this long list of server rule violations, I have removed your ship equipment and a significant amount of credits.
