I must say the speed in which you brought in supplies was astonishing,

I was just going to open a message to you asking to resupply when I got back from a very important mission, but you must of read my mind, I returned to a lot of smiles from the docking and cargo supply crew

They informed me that yet again, you have supplied everything so darn fast, that literally there is no more room left, they could hardly close the cargo bay doors!

Well done once again

I will recommend your services to others, but to be honest I don’t think I would like to purely because I don’t want anyone else taking away my best suppliers

Good Evening Owner of Poena

I'm adressing you because I have some concerns regarding the business we're making, as a group, with your humble Base.

We're both businessman, so i'll be blunt and direct.

I worry that this job might be way too time consuming for the profit it brings individually for our Engineers. I have been reading the reports made closely and I do believe that this deal as it currently stands is unsatisfactory for us.

But... before I start any renegotiations which may or may not be really necessary... I would like to ask for some information regarding Poena.

They are as following:

  • 1 - What are the future Plans for Poena?
  • 2 - Is Poena going to store valuable Ores in the future?
  • 3 - Is Poena going to build valuable equipment in the future?
  • 4 - Is Poena just trying to "survive"?


These are the main questions i would like answers to, I want to know if the work we're putting into Poena will be fruitfull or fruitless.
Our Engineers will be happy if Poena gets Ores in the future which they can trade with.
Our Military will be happy if Poena builds usefull equipment which they can buy in your base.
That is why i asked those questions. It is in your right to keep some information a secret, I respect your privacy... but i do demand that we have some information regarding what the future holds... we want to know if it is worth working with you!

If the answer to the fourth question is "Yes" ... then we'll have to renegotiate terms of payment for each shipment made to resupply Poena so that it become a more profitable job for our Engineers.

I will be waiting for the answers, and willing to answer any questions you ask aswell.

Good to hear from you and ill promptly answer your questions

1. In time an expansion which will allow more cargo space and perhaps an equipment room to make anything that docking pilots request, bigger storage modules to store the necessary cargo to build the equipment

2. Ore, definitely although Poena is only 1 system away from ore drop off point (planet Denver) ores will be stored, when the extras cargo space becomes available

3. Please refer to answer 1.

4. Poena isn’t “just” trying to survive, it has done very well so far, mainly due to excellent suppliers such as yourselves, and will continue to do so, if suppliers continue to…well.. supply

I trust this meets your queries, and satisfies your worries, as you know Kepler isn’t the safest place to fly, and having regular suppliers is a must, supply prices are very good as your pilots can confirm, Poena $1000 pays per unit of RA is a very good price, and being bought one system away makes very quick and safe flight routes. Also the supplies of Food, Oxygen and Water are available in the same system as Poena, again making it very quick and easy

There are commodities that I do receive from time to time, that can be dropped off at the RA supply base, these commodities are locked in a special part of the cargo holds, that can be opened when needed, just let me know when your pilots are about to do some runs and I’ll get my cargo crew to unlock the necessary cargo holds, (there isn’t much at the moment, but when they are available, you'll find they will put a smile on your faces, brings a nice amount of credits)

You should not have to worry regarding supplies from our part, we will keep delivering them as we have been.
